I been a constomer for a good while and its just not cutting it there online support is a utter joke i can have more then 1 ticket open for 2 diffrent things and they merge it and never look at it. the server i have is good but when you complain without paying priority support you get swept under the rug or giving excuse thats basicly your fault. there lucky i cant switch to digial ocean.
Note: they used to be good to me but now its like the aviod my tickets even simple inquries gets never looked at or if looked at deleted or given a bs reply

We do not throttle network speed. The location you are located in has 40Gbps total capacity and you are on a plan sold as 1Gbit port and is on a 1Gbps port server. The port is usually not at a high capacity usage so you are generally free to burst to the full speed. Currently, the 1Gbps port on that node sits at approximately 10% utilization. We do have historical data, and on the day of your review, it was at 68Mbps to 127Mbps utilization, meaning 80%+ free at minimum.

Finally, I have already received my VM based on the change in how they operate their business automatically.
All specification is accurate like their public info without throttle. Overall, their product adapted to my expectation at a low price.

Don't receive your vps
Takes way too long to receive your vps, They don't reply to any tickets. worst company out there. they should just close their bad Company. Its gonna be nothing with these bad ratings.
update: Its been a week. and they answered it. asking for coinpayment ID. How am I supposed to know when its been a week.
Don't deal with these scammers.
They start ignoring you after 1 ticket. You will not receive vps. Their ripping off their customers and scamming them. Don't deal with scammers like this. vieze kut mogooltjes. There are better services out there. this is the worst service right now

No way to connect to the VPS
No way to connect to the VPS, no instructions, no response from the support and the given IPs wont even connect via SSH so I am paying for a server which doesn't exist or I have no access too, I bought a VPS from this place a few months ago aswell and I connected but it would turn itself off after 1 hour, again I messaged support with no response! do not buy!

Thanks for identifying your account, I've looked it up to see what happened and provide a response.
I do apologize if you did not receive the welcome email, as that has the instructions. You mentioned no response from support but the only support ticket I see for your account is a single ticket requesting a refund, which was processed. You received a full refund.
I do not see any ticket requesting information or technical support. You also mentioned buying another service a few months before this one but I do not see any other previous purchases on your account.
As for what you mentioned about it turning itself off, we do have a knowledgebase article about that. It occurs as a result of Windows failing to arm the license. It happens from time to time, so that's why we have an article for it. Any keywords searched relating to that should bring up the article. We do ask on several occasions that the knowledgebase be searched for these common issues.
