Glad you auto ship and is delivered earlier than expected.

I would give zero stars but not possible. I paid about $10 for shipment as the estimated time for arrival was June 27th-28th. It is JULY 7th! and still waiting. IF you are sick and waiting on your products DO NOT chose this company.

Worst company ever! They are deceptive with their pricing. They show a photo of Ecological Formulas Allthiamine and the bottle says there are 250 capsules (the bait) but then in small print it says 60 capsules (the switch). So if you're not paying close attention, you will get ripped off. I tried calling them multiple times to return this order, but they NEVER answer their phone or return calls. I would have just sent the product back, but they don't list a valid address anywhere, and the return address on the box was for a different company who said they don't know anything about VitaHeals. All other addresses listed for this company go to a 3rd party mailing service called Shipito or to GoDaddy. It seems very shady that they don't want to be found. I also tried emailing them and they didn't reply until I put the charge into dispute with my credit card company. When my payment was pulled back, they finally contacted me weeks later. In that email they told me that they had already "issued a full refund" and they gave me an address to send it back to: Sihua Wu, 1400 LAFAYETTE ST SAN GABRIEL, CA 91776-3308. Today I called my credit card company to ask if VitaHeals ever issued the refund that they said they issued and I was told "No they didn't". So in addition to being deceitful they are also liars. BTW, they want $33.00 for 60 capsules of Allthiamine which is more than DOUBLE the price if you buy it from Pure Formulas (their price is $12.76). My advice is to save yourself some money and a whole lot of grief and shop at an honest and reputable company (like Vitacost, iHerb, and Pure Formulas) instead. UPDATE 6/9/23: VitaHeals admitted in their response that they received the product back, however according to USPS tracking, they received it on June 2nd, not June 6th. They claim that they refunded my money, but the screenshot they emailed to me clearly says "Unable to Refund $56.43 USD". They also said that the reason the refund didn't go through was because I filed a "chargeback". I called my credit card company today and they said that they have no mechanism to stop a merchant's refund from being processed, so the problem is on VitaHeals side (either their system or they're being dishonest). All I know is that I'm out $56.43 plus $6.00 to ship the product back to them, and of course I have nothing to show for dealing with this company but a whole lot of frustration!

I’m on my fourth bottle of your drops. Haven’t had dry eye since I started using them. Won’t know until August if it is working on the cataracts.

I had a question about my order and had emailed them asking them to call me asap. I did get an email but the customer service representative totally disregarded my request to call and didn’t address my request at all.

Did not receive my item I purchased, I emailed and called company with no response. I would like to be refunded.

This company is terrible. Don’t respond to most emails. Shipping takes way longer than their site says it will. Then they only sent 1 of the 2 items I ordered, but stated both were sent. Now trying to either get a refund for the unsent item or get it to actually be sent to me. Once again being very slow to respond to email this time too. Phone number gives a Verizon wireless auto-message like it’s a bad number or something. I buy supplements online all the time and have never had such a bad experience.

My order has yet to ship and I haven't gotten any notice of when it will. It's been a week!

Exactly what I ordered and I like buying the 2 pack of supplements.

My response is simple —- i like dealing with companies that do what they say they are going to do .

my order was only one item and everything went smooth

Well not much for me but, use it for dogs eyes and wow eyes clearing from cataracts.

Ordered an item was emailed the tracking information and after a week there was no update on it. Emailed them about and then kindly said they would send another package. After two weeks I still have no updates on my package. Was understanding the first time. Now getting extremely irritable!
