Horrible company. Bought taillights for my car and the were defective. The blinker and brake lights were not working correctly. I’ve been emailing them back and forth since November 3rd. It is now November 23rd. They admitted the wiring was done wrong and wanted me to re-wire the lights. w-T F! I paid money for working lights, why should I have to work on them just to get them to work. It takes days to get an email back and me when they finally email back, it’s the same email, telling me to re-wire the lights. Horrible. Don’t buy from this company. There is no way to get ahold of them except through email

I'm in the US and I received my order in less than a week. Too bad it wasn't what I ordered. I had ordered replacement headlights with an amber reflector and received a clear reflector. I sent several emails and received a response back the next day every time except the first time. I went back and forth with CS with no progress to a solution. I was offered a 7% discount, on my next order. I was offered $20 credit, on my next order. I could return them, but I had to pay for the shipping. When I kept insisting on getting the correct lights, they were no longer available in the US. I was told either pay to return the light or keep them. I asked for a return authorization and was told they don’t have those and to just send the light back to the address they came from. I didn’t do that because there would be no way to get my refund if they chose not to give it. I chose to keep the wrong headlights rather than mail them back with no RA documentation and lose my $600.00, at least they were for the correct vehicle. They fit, they work as advertised, too bad they aren’t the ones I ordered.

Do not use this company at all!

I have inherited a set of their lights when I bought a Toyota GT86. Whoever bought the lights has not fitted them properly and has missed out a specific cable for the running lights to stay on.

I have contacted multiple distributors with the multiple email addresses so that I can buy the missing cables for them. But they don’t want to know. Either the email is totally ignored or they come back with the same thing. What’s your order number. Even after explaining the situation.

They now expect me to buy a brand new set. They have literally said “we don't sale cable, we just sale the light.” “do you mind to buy a new light? we will give you some discount.”

Yes I do mind!! Why should I shell out $400. I have offered them money but it’s like talking to a wall. I should be able to repair the equipment they sell. It’s not even a hard request considering they make the cable anyway.

Update- vland finally chose to refund for defective product after nearly 60 days of excuses, posting this review and being told charges would be disputed.
RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE SET OF VOLKSWAGEN HEADLIGHTS AND ALTHOUGH WE FOLLOWED THEIR RETURN PROCESS AS REQUESTED THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT A LABEL TO RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR OFFERED A REFUND AND HAVE NOW QUIT RESPONDING. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND OBVIUOSLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND.

Company is a scam, they don't answer emails, i placed my order 10 days ago. Have not heard anything back they did not shio my product even though I paid for express shipping. Stay clear of that company.

I have purchased and replaced these lights a few times and each one of them leak horribly.. The moisture gets inside and automatically blows the light out and Vland does not stand behind their product. After time they will say it's out of warranty.

Don't know why the reviews are as bad as they are.
It's certainly not a scam, they are a bit slow to deliver the item(s). I got what i ordered in perfect condition, it took a month since i ordered, till i got them, but since they got posted from china, it's not too bad.
Customer support was pretty helpful aswell, and took a maximum of a day to answer. I contacted support because it took them some time to send the goods. They acted fast once i contacted them

Horrible company. Don’t make any purchase. Don’t back up there product. They take your money and run. Stay clear.

This is a spam website, the product may not be suitable for your car, falsely exaggerate the year and model of the product, deceive you to buy, and then refuse to return it for various reasons, or wait for months of service, don't buy it, Find a local American company, vland is a garbage brand

I still didn’t get my order yet and this was orderd in march. In the discription they said 15 days but we are now almost 2 months further. Email no response phone no response

I ordered headlights for my FR-S WITH D2H BULBS and they only sent just the headlight. no bulbs. Been a few days that i’ve been emailing them and called their customer service number. not a single response. Just trying to get the bulbs sent out or refunded.

Fiz uma compra com frete gratuito para o Brasil. Alguns dias depois, a empresa solicitou que pagasse um frete adicional que variava de US$ 350.00 a US$ 700.00, pois a empresa não possui depósito no Brasil e a mercadoria seria despachada da China. Solicitei o cancelamento e obtive reembolso alguns dias depois, sem problemas. Acredito que o site poderia fazer o cálculo do frete automaticamente neste caso, no momento da compra.

I have ordered GTS OLED like rear lights for BMW F80. Only one problem was that they had not the red ones in stock in Europe, so I had to pay additional 70 Euro for transfer from China. Apart that everyrhing was perfect. Support was communicating during delivery period. Regarding the product. Lights looks even better then OEM. Quality is great, darker finish is amazing and unlock anymation is so beautiful. I just go outside couple times a day to unlock the car and see it:) I love the product.

I ordered Jeep Wrangler JK LED headlights from VLand in April 2022. They claimed they can deliver to the UK. Two weeks, later upon poking them for an update, they said the product was not in the UK stock and I needed to pay extra to have it delivered there. Additional costs were $100 plus.
I cancelled the order and received a refund.

For your own good stay away from this company. I ordered headlights for my mk6 jetta, mostly because I wanted the sequential turn signal, but one of the lights was damaged when I got it. On their website it says you have 7 days to return defective products and I emailed them in 3 with no luck. I’ve sent countless photos, videos, paragraphs, essays, all with no luck. I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor or higher up at least 4 times and every time the same “person” has responded. The application for replacement they supposedly submitted was denied and the factory is blaming me for the damage. At this point they’re offering a discount for the next purchase or $10 usd for compensation.

I know the lights seem pretty cool and you can find people online who’ve gotten them to work, but seriously just avoid this company. I’m out 300$ and there’s nothing I can do about it.

The product is GARBAGE and the Customer Service is unbelievably SO Poor! Avoid the company like the PLAGUE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not trust this company and if you want unneeded stress in your life, DO NOT buy from this company! I regrettably purchased a pair of taillights from them and they sent me the wrong ones. They also charged me an additional shipping fee because they said they had to ship the ones I wanted from another location which seemed somewhat sketchy. They said if I wanted to return them, it would be a MY cost which is unheard of or I could KEEP the wrong ones and they would offer me a 3% refund. I'll accept this as a life lesson because I should have read the reviews on this site rather than looking at the FAKE reviews on their site. Also their Customer Service Rep, Nicole is not a real person, they just pasted up some random person's picture. The actual customer service is a machine. DON'T let this be your life lesson mistake.

I was sooo excited to get these tailights for my BMW and the price was reasonable. I watched a few YT videos on how to install, and it seemed pretty straightforward. Delivery was quicker than expected. However - the fitment was terrible. The insulation around the lights were very bulky compared ot the OEM lights, so they were no where near flush. Also, there were plastic tabs that were supposed to keep the tailights secure. These tabs broke very easily, effectively making the lights secure on only 1 side, so the other side was just dangling. Long story short, I just wasted over $300 and had to re-install my OEM lights. Return policy is terrible. Stay away!

Would give negative stars if I could ordered a single tail light for my FRS contacted them after not receiving any information. When they replied they said the product was out of stock when I asked when it would be back in stock to ship all they said was soon asked if they could give me a more specific date and continued to be told soon then they replied and said they have a pair in stock and would have to pay an extra $40 on top of my already $155 order which seems sort of sketchy to me since I already wasn’t trusting of the order I asked for a refund and am waiting for a reply. Item ordered 4 Feb 22 waiting now 25 Feb 22
