STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have been trying to get a replacement for a defective headlight since August 2021 and still nothing has arrived. Communication is minimal and customer service is AWFUL!

I don’t know from where these unhappy customers. I had amazing experience vland. I have ordered front and tail lights for my Mistubishi Lancer 2 years ago and used those light without any problem. They look amazing and quality is top. This year I changed my car to BMW 3 series and decided to order tail lights again but by some personal problems I needed to cancel my order and asked to refund the amount back to my card. Nicole from VLAND was responding to all my emails on time and promised to refund it within 3-5 days and she honored her words. I have received my money back. So Vland-official website is doing their job very well and keep it up guys. Thanks guys one more satisfied customer

Worst company Iv ever dealt with, customer service is terrible, products are terrible as well, lights started to steam up and get condensation inside them one day after they where fitted, couldn’t get the problem resolved so I had to open a claim with PayPal. If you ever have a problem with anything you will get a reply from Nicole who is useless..

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this company! Countless times I have emailed “Nicole” at Vland for help with my tail light that does not work on my Evo X. I have done everything they’ve asked. Sent order number, a video of the part not working, as well as a photo of the label on the box that I bought directly from them. I am at the end of my patience. I get an email back that says the warehouse associates are too busy to help me after trying to reach out FOR A MONTH? I have asked multiple times for a different representative that can send me a replacement light. What a trash company. The customer service is absolutely awful. 00000/10 recommendation.

Had an issue with customer service when my lights failed. had to do everything from chasing and chasing to sending off and paying postage etc. Was so stressful. Now I have tried to get a electronic copy/photo of the instruction booklet and they are just so unhelpful and rude and say it is Amazon that should supply the resolution WT Hell!!!
Only buy if your prepared to put up with utter crap if you need help

Avoid from buying from this company they are the worst company to deal with, they're false promises on refunds and their tail lights causes your fuse box on your car to blow, their tail lights are not fit for purpose the wiring is cheaply made the seals at the back of the lamps are poorly made, the tail lights do not align up properly you will end up getting leaks an condensation do not be a victim of these fraudsters

I'm having an ongoing dispute on getting a refund an still nothing.

Bought a set of Euro Taillights for our Mustang on March 26 2021. Well Sauterday the passenger side blinker stopped working. Have contacted them about getting a replacement but need an order number for th to help. I do not have an order number as I bought from a vendor at car show. Junk lights don't waist you hard earned money on this China junk

worst f***ing company ever ordered of 8 months ago and spent £400 for them to f*** about with my order then send them to the wrong adress twice 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

Avoid like the plague, misleading info. Always saying it's in stock... Just go on to alibaba and get it from they're supplier

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews for this website but I have received what I ordered and the communication between me and Vland Customer Service was really clear and shipment was really fast. Thanks a lot Vland.
I did had to pay extra Shipping fee but that was reasonable as they had to ship from their China warehouse. I ordered from New Zealand. Thanks Vland for the great service

It's been 3 months since I ordered the set of lights. Firstly, they said they sent 2 sets in error, but one at least arrived after 2 months. The lights don't fit. I've requested a refund but they delay by saying they are consulting their supplier. I ended up buying genuine Toyota parts because I couldn't wait any more. They take 2 weeks to respond to any emails. Their service is rubbish and I'm out of pocket 480USD.

WARNING-WARNING, Read Reviews, Read many reviews. This appears to be like a SCAM. The following issue happens to 100's possibly 1000' of customers, it will most likely happen to you if you choose to purchase from this company. This company will ask you for more money after you have paid for the lights. They will tell you the item is not in stock and you will have to pay more to have them sent from China. Many customers do choose to pay extra money but still wont receiving their lights. Please Just read through comments and you will find these unhappy frustrated customers. If you ask for your money back, they will not respond for a very very long time. If you persist they will eventually reply with a comment that they have requested a refund from their finance department, but they are waiting for the finance department to reply to them. Unfortunately this reply just doesn't come, you wont get any refund or a reply. Keep persisting and you will just get more delays in reply's. All you will be paying for is ANGER and FRUSTRATION. I can not recommend this company at all. We are many months into this no lights and still waiting for our money back.

We definitely won't be ordering from here again. We ordered two sets of lights and received one set and the other got 'lost' in the post. When contacting the company all we got told was to be patient, it has been over a month now and my partner's car is off the road due to this so we are losing a lot of money (which is not ideal during a pandemic!).

The customer support is terrible, they take ages to respond and when asking for a refund they also refuse this, they will tell you to just be patient and that they can't do anything!. Will never be ordering from here again. Please avoid to save your own time and money.

I would avoid this company at ALL cost. - i ordered on 30th December 2020, 31st they send me an email telling me if i wanted my item posted i needed to pay the an extra 80 or 120 dollars, OR i could have a full refund. obviously i am not going to pay extra for something i had already paid for that included FREE shipping! - so i instantly replied and told them to refund me. this got ignored, i send 6 email after that and eventually gut a reply telling me i have to wait as they need to ask there bank to refund me?? I paid via PayPal, no bank get involved in issuing refund via PayPal, they company need to log in and issue a refund. - anyway we are now on 8/1/2021 and they STILL have not refunded me. i have a PayPal dispute going, so i guess PayPal will have for FORCE them to refund. SERIOUSLY! - DONT SEND THEYS PEOPLE ANY MONEY! - the lights i bought are still on there site... BUT they tell me there is NO stock of these lights! - Terrible company, NON EXISTANT customer serviced - you have been warned!
