The engineer, Andrew repaired my boiler quickly and efficiently. He was able to explain why the part had failed. He was great to deal with. The call centre were great to deal with too. All in all an outstanding experience.

Great product with fantastic after service support!

I called Vokera trying to locate my warranty certificate as I am currently selling my house. Laura was incredibly helpful, finding my details quickly.

I’m very happy with my Vokera boiler, it’s been reliable and works perfectly. Overall, excellent service and a good product. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the warenty repair service (got an extended on through an affinity installer). Though the web reporting/ booking parting was difficult to find, gave Vokera a phone; booked easily nil hassle, person on the phone was really sound. Engineer Colin Mcaleney arrived at an ideal time, diagnosed and fixed in about 15 mins (had the right part in the van).

Steven Langstaff came out to sort the boiler issue and made it very clear what the issue was and how to resolve it. I cant praise him any more the efficiency and communication which is a rare thing these days.

Great investment for your money.

We have fitted all of the options on both of the new platforms in the last couple of years and have been hugely impressed with how they have performed. I was a bit sceptical at first as some of the older platforms weren’t the best to work on but they really have put out a cracking set of game changing boilers in the last 3 years.

Absolutely Amazing Products & Service!!! Been installing & working along side Vokera for over 8yrs now & as an engineer with 20yrs experience, I have came to understand what’s required for customers when buying a boiler.
Products that are built to last with amazing customer service, the new range of combi boilers, Vibe Max (7yr warranty) Synergy (10yr warranty) & Pinnacle (12yr warranty) gives my customers a fantastic lengthy warranty on their new boiler, as well as a Stainless Steel heat engine!! Which is paramount to having a lasting boiler, a lot of other over priced boilers on the market don’t offer the same structural integrity in my opinion, working in Scotland the support that they bring is next to none, fast and efficient remedies/support in the unlikely event of a boiler issue occurring!!! Massive thank you for your support not only from me but from the hundreds of happy customers I have installed for!!!

JB was fantastic. After a really stressful few days with the boiler, he came in, quickly identified the issues (including ones that hadn’t been spotted before) and got everything fully sorted.

He was friendly, professional and clearly new what he was doing. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

Got a boiler in a rental property - fitted jan 1st 2020 so a few months out of its 5 year warranty.

Stopped working , they offer a fixed fee fix to out of warranty customers but couldn’t get out until “some time in May”

Really bad - it’s a few months out of warranty and they don’t want to know. Terrible and wouldn’t recommend anyone getting this make boiler and certainly won’t be doing again!

Have been fitting vokera boilers for a few years after scot fostker introduced them to us
Fitting a few now and scot foster always has time for us who is their area manager always has time to come and see us and has signed us up onto their loyalty scheme INFINITY

Was after a boiler spoke with Scott foster at Vokera advised Vokera pinnacle comes with 12 year warranty boiler and if I register in the infinity scheme I will get £50 cash back and also in to the draw to win £1000 with 20 entries with this boiler and also advised me with a few stockists on the area was very pleased to speak and changed my mind from another boiler to the pinnacle and also saved loads of money very easy to install

Was great to catch up with Gary Whelan from Vokera boilers. Already Gary has started to make change in the midlands area every body talking about PINNACLE 12 year warranty boilers and SYNERGY boilers a real game changer good value boilers

I was sold an ME15 Pro heat pump. It now has stopped working and Vokera cannot even supply a spare parts list. They didn't make the machine and had it made by a third party - they now are walking away from the problem offering no help at all and technical support. It's a complete abrogation of responsibility. I would suggest no one tries to do business with this company.

We had a boiler installed by kc plumbing they recommended a pinnacle. After the installation the work was completed in high standard and boiler looks amazing Vokèra have come long way amd boiler looks perfect fit in our kitchen
