Called Alpha regarding a boiler breakdown. They were very quick to respond. Spoke to Thomas Davias. He was very, understanding and empathetic. He explained all my options in detail and sorted out an engineer to come and fix our boiler. Thank you Thomas. You are an asset to Alpha -Innovations. Have had our boiler for over 10 years and have had no issues until today. Will strongly recommend Alpha for anyone looking to upgrade their boiler. Best wishes, Pauls

Had an issue my boiler rang Alpha and they made the process very easy, was with British Gas who compared to Alpha come no where near.
Dean Newman the engineer came out and sorted my problem with the boiler, absolutely delighted with his service very knowledgeable along with very clean and tidy with his work afterwards. Thank you Dean for restoring my faith in boiler services.

Still waiting for my yearly service. Getting fobbed off telling me that boiler breakdowns are priority. My 12 month service is now 18 months. Buyer beware. Very rude customer service employee....
