Dear Customer,
We’ve received your review . Paying for express shipping only speeds up the delivery, but the production time cannot be shortened. Please also note that customs inspections and weather conditions may occasionally cause additional delays.Thank you for your understanding.

Y'all tap in with my guys over at VVSBOX!
I will say I will definitely be making more purchases with VVSBOX. I am lost for words with the craftsman ship of the pendent, it definitely has the look I was looking for. I can see now why it took 5-6 weeks to craft together. The only thing I would like to see different is a better shipping process to see the progress in your order. But even still with the shipping process y'all have now I still felt comfortable because VVSBOX stayed in communication with me through email and Instagram/social media. Great customer service 5 stars for me! (Y'ALL TAP IN WITH MY GUYS OVER AT VVSBOX) Worth every penny! You won't be disappointed or let down!

Terrible products and incredibly poor customer service. When I wanted to return the items, I was expected to cover the return shipping costs myself, which was absolutely out of the question for me. Stay away from this shop!
