J’ai acheté un fichier image chez Buypopart et je suis pleinement satisfaite du déroulement de la transaction. Ma question concernant le délai de traitement a reçu une réponse immédiate, alors même que nous étions le week-end. Le fichier image m’a été fourni en moins de 24 heures, un samedi soir. De plus, j’ai reçu des informations complémentaires sur le sujet du tableau.
Je suis entièrement satisfaite de cette expérience et je recommande vivement cette entreprise !

Rouault Head of Christ 1937
I was tasked with obtaining an oil painting of Rouault's Head of Christ (1937) and looked at Wahooart, as the majority of reviews were very positive.
I ordered a 68x48 cm canvas and was offered a choice of 3 style versions so picked the version closest to the original (Cleveland Museum of Art, Ohio) in oils, by a senior artist, varnished but unstretched, as I was having it framed at home.
I am pleased to say that I was delighted with the end result. The colours were vibrant and luminous, just like the original.
The painting arrived on the day stated, and I was able to track it's progress through China, Holland, Belgium, England and finally Northern Ireland. I was worried about the oils not being dry enough for despatch but the painting was rolled in a special material which prevented any smudging.
I recommend this company and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Good quality (DPI) but sizes are not fit for poster prints
DPI of the print is exactely as they discuss on their website. However there sizes do not fit an A3 format (poster). The format of the prints can be off which if you want to use them as a poster print will result in difficulties. Meaning you either have to cut-off part fo the painting or accept white borders at the side. When discussing this with WahooArt the reactions were not helpfull which is why the low grade of this reviw.

Surpassed all expectations.
I had them reproduce Moonlit Night on the Dniepr by Arkhip Kuindzhi as a Christmas present for my partner, and they completely surpassed my expectations.
It took a while to complete, around 4 weeks, but the end product was incredible, and well worth the wait and price I paid.
Their website seems a bit outdated, which made me a little concerned, but trust me, this business is reputable and run by trustworthy people.
Once the painting is finished, they contact you, send you a photo and ask if you'd like any changes to be made. They then package and ship it to you promptly with a tracking number.
I will most certainly be back for more, and would recommend them to anyone.

As a previous reviewer has commented this website is offering illegal reproductions of thousands of copyrighted paintings including by artists who are still alive! In his reply to a previous reviewer the duplicitous French owner (name withheld here but handed over to French law enforcement authorities LB) writes ‘We are committed to upholding the integrity of the art community and the legal framework that protects it.’ Perhaps the French owner could explain how blatantly flouting copyright law is ‘upholding the integrity of the art community and the legal framework that protects it’? Plainly it is undermining the art community and breaking the legal framework - a criminal offence in France. There is a review from a customer who bought a Marc Chagall reproduction painting. Marc Chagall’s paintings are still under copyright protection so we checked with ADAGP the licensing agent for Chagall in France who replied that Wahooart had no license, that their copies are illegal and you as a buyer could be in legal trouble if you import these counterfeits and that they would be carrying out their own investigation into wahooart. The rude French owner is correct to say that wahooart is not a Chinese company as he is French, what he fails to say is that their paintings are made in China in one of the art factory sweatshops. The French owner also writes, ‘We encourage purchases and reviews from verified buyers to ensure authenticity and the accuracy of customer feedback’. TRUSTpilot should not be carrying reviews of businesses that sell counterfeits as it undermines customer trust. On Wahooart there is a link to another review website that the French owner has himself set up to host fake reviews for wahooart and his other art reproduction websites which again illustrates how he deceives customers. Do not even buy copyright free paintings from wahooart as the net is closing in on the owner and he could soon be not at liberty to fulfil your order.

I consider WahooArt to be a deceptive/fraudulent platform that, in addition to providing me with very poor quality photographic print (See the 2 attachments below), deceives buyers by advertising sales conditions and guarantees that they then deny. I have now turned to the European Consumer Center to return the payment made using the guarantee established in the purchase contract.

Issues with frame
I have bought a reproduction with a frame - the frame should have been gold but it was silver. I sent a picture to the seller and it replied it was a gold “tone” … I did not buy a gold “tone”, ie silver, I bought a gold frame. They would not do anything about it. The additional problem is that it is impossible to remove the frame - it is fixed in a very odd way I have not seen before. They say they have to fix the frame in such a way for shipping reasons but there is no warning about it at the time of purchase i.e. no mention that if the frame is not as ordered you cannot remove it yourself. I think this information should be required for an online purchase. It has been a very disappointing experience. Although the customer service replied quickly to emails, it was clear that they were not on my side. If there is a problem, be ready to sort it yourself!
