I wanted a specific painting which I…
I wanted a specific painting which I could not find anywhere and was lucky enough to rediscover Wahoo Art. When the art was complete I was sent a photograph and it is wonderful. I had asked for it to be framed and it arrived perfectly packaged and looks incredible. I am still decorating the room it is being put in so the packaging is great for safe storage too. I first used Wahoo art 7/8 years ago and I am currently typing my review looking at "Vincent"'s sunflowers which I love

A wide array of choices
I am not rich, but I like art. I like movie posters, fine art, and other mixes, but I can't afford it. I choose pieces that are interesting to me, and this site recreates it for me. I get them framed at a local place in a cool frame, and now I have a unique piece of art. Most people do not follow art, they buy the same stuff other people buy, so when people come over they notice that what I have is unique to them. This place made it possible for me to feel like I own something just for me.

Decent value
Ordering and customer service was great. The print arrived professionally packaged and protected. I ordered the size closest to the original painting's size, but the resolution was a bit low for my liking. Still, my husband was thrilled and it looks good from a distance. It also came with a brass nameplate, which is nice, but I wish there was means to attach it included.

Great Quality, Worth The Purchase
I ordered from WahooArt several days ago, and I noticed many skeptical reviews. After receiving the product I purchased (a print of a painting by Henry Dawson), I had to come and write a review myself. The painting is perfect! The material is thick and impressive for the price. Great quality, fast shipping, and kind customer service. I’ll definitely order again. (I’m going to post this same review on other websites, so if you see it elsewhere, that’s why. I’m not a robot, just a busy mom who doesn’t have time to write tons of different reviews.) At least in my own experience, the company has provided exactly what they promised.

Toujours pas reçu le produit (après 7 mois)

Wahooart n'a jamais admis sa responsabilité et m'a même envoyé des messages agressifs. Leur réponse ici est mensongère. Aucun rappel n'a jamais été envoyé. Parce que je n'ai pas lâché le morceau, ils ont finalement accepté de renvoyer le colis sans supplément. Mais le service de tracking n'est pas proactif, il faut vérifier régulièrement le lien de tracking. Je m'en suis plain et comme par hasard j'ai reçu un mail de suivi le jour d'après. L'interface pour le suivi est vraiment problématique et il faut bac +7 pour comprendre ce qu'il faut faire pour dédouaner le colis car cela dépend d'un autre opérateur que DHL annoncé lors de la vente. Il faut son identifier le nouvel opérateur et se débrouiller avec lui. J'ai payé les frais de douane. J'attends toujours le remboursement de ces frais (promis par l'entreprise) et le colis est toujours bloqué à la douane. Pour une commande faite en mai 2023, nous sommes en décembre... L'enfer...

La reproduction de peinture n'a jamais été livrée. Bloquée selon Wahooart par les Douanes et retournée à l'expéditeur. Wahooart me demande maintenant 12 euros supplémentaires pour renvoyer le paquet. J'ai demandé un remboursement qui m'est refusé, en contradiction avec la directive européenne qui protège le consommateur lors de ventes en lignes. J'ai insisté. J'attend la réponse de Wahooart.

Nous vous avons envoyé plusieurs emails de relance. Hélas apres ce délais le colis nous est retourné.
Les frais pour envoyer le colis une deuxieme fois sont à moitié à notre charge et à moitié à la votre ce qui explique la somme demandée de 12 €

Back at it again with the Wahoo Art. Honestly, my second purchase was just as great as my first a year ago. These prints make THE most perfect present. I am honestly surprised that it made it to Australia by Christmas time, I left it a little late to order and was blown away by the speed of shipping and the security of the packaging.
