Great experience. FedEx lost part of the order but the team at Wakelife quickly sent out another batch of ballast weights. No questions, just solutions. Solid company, and a great product.

Don’t buy ballast bags from here
Don’t buy ballast bags from here, they cash your check and are too lazy to drop off to usps office and offer dead end tracking info. Doesn’t take very many business deals like this one to not be in business anymore. They need to post on their website ballast bags are 30 days out on arrival from the time they are purchased not 3-4 business days. Don’t waste your time

On August 18, this customer placed an order and reached immediately inquiring about the delivery timeframe. We promptly informed him of a slight shipping delay and offered the option to cancel if he preferred not to wait. He chose to proceed with the order and requested that we ship the ballast bags.
Just a few days later, we fulfilled our commitment and shipped the bags. On the very day they were shipped, the customer asked to cancel the order. As with any online purchase, once an item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Nevertheless, we went above and beyond to accommodate his request. We immediately contacted USPS to stop the shipment and arranged for the bags to be returned to us, allowing us to cancel the order and issue a full refund, which we have already processed.
We’re perplexed by the customer’s dissatisfaction, as we made every effort to assist him and kept him fully informed throughout the process. His claim that it takes 30 days to receive an order is incorrect, as his order was placed just 10 days ago. Had he not requested the cancellation, the bags would have arrived within the timeframe we provided.
Our 70+ five-star reviews are a testament to the fact that our customers love our products and appreciate our commitment to making things right. Unfortunately, there are some situations where, despite our best efforts, we can't please everyone.

Eventually it shows up
Takes awhile for steel shot to show up. Plan ahead. Had a bag break last year and they replaced no problem. Can rust if they get too wet. Even in new bags.

Small enough to hide but heavy enough to do the trick.
It took longer than expected to receive but the quality was better than I expected. And they are smaller than they look they are able to slide right under the back seat of my 1995 prostar 190 so they take up no room and are unseen!

Purchased an item that was out off…
Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s
Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.
