We had a group of folks coming in to surf with us before the holiday weekend and I realized I needed more bags of lead/steel shot. I reached out to Spencer via email and he not only offered me a killer military discount he got the bags out immediately to me so I had time to dial in the wave before our guests showed up. I appreciate Spencer and the extra mild he went to help me out.

WARNING‼️Do not buy anything from Wake Life! Scam company! Terrible non existent customer service! They don’t post a telephone number and won’t respond to any of my emails for the last two weeks. I ordered ballast bags from them, they took the money supposedly shipped out December 14th. No bags, no money, no response, dead end tracking info! Beware! Nothing I hate worse than scammers!

Bought these to enhance our wake. What used to have a good run on our lake but now it is great with these. The added weight produces a great wave that provides us a longer wake ride every time. Super high quality bags that we can thrown in and out of boat whenever we need them. Even with COVID year they really didn’t take long to get to us. And customer service kept us up to date about shipping

Ordered items on November 27th which included lead bags and a surf rope. Wake Life shipped my products on December 22nd. Received items on December 28th. However, they still charged my card on November 27th.

Awesome customer service! I am very impressed with how quickly they responded to my email inquiries. Both times I received a response within one hour. They were also very accommodating in replacing a item that was damaged during shipping.

Needed weight for my boat bow and winter truck bed and these shot bags are great. Compact, well made, and durable. Thanks guys

Because of Covid my bags took a little longer to get in.. (i ordered 1000lbs and I think the post lady hates me now) i got worried and emailed the company, they responded within 8 hrs each time and it wasnt automated, it was an actual person if you can believe that these days! His name is Spencer and he answered my questions everytime, didnt seem annoyed and was genuinely helpful. Once I received the items I was even happier, the bags are of great quality and they grew my wave to tsunami size. I was so happy I bought 500 more pounds and am now dropping it in the front for a much longer wave. I would recommend these guys to anyone any day, just be patient with your local Post Office.. apparently they don't lift a lot of weights lol

Ordered items July 18, 2020. It's August 30th and nothing has been received. Wake surfing season is basically over for us, therefore I have no need for them at this point. Very disappointed. Will be seeking a refund.

Great addition to get a more reliable/consistent wake. Received my lead bags a little later than expected, but the quality of the bags is impeccable. The bags are heavy duty with a sturdy seat belt handle which makes them easy to move around without worry of them tearing. The bags themselves are also stitched well and easy to manipulate in case wanting to place them in awkward corners/edges of the boat. Customer service was great with quick responses and solutions to getting my bags delivered just in time for WakeFest! Though the wait was a little longer than expected, it is understandable during the current times and I still give this company 5 stars.

Worth the wait! Production & shipping were backed up due to COVID-19, but once we got our order we were happy. The stitching and material is high quality. We added 1,000 lbs to our boat and our wave is the best it’s ever been! Thanks Wake Life!

Very happy with my purchase, its a very simple bag, noting exciting about the bag itself but what it works is exactly what you want/need. Its adds extra weight in your boat and thats why you buy these bags:)
