The team member I was speaking with did exactly what he said he would do. He also responded within a short period of time and spoke with confidence and understanding. The whole of the situation wasn't resolved at this point, but the ground work has been set and we're moving forward.

Jake was very helpful and quick a responding. His instructions were clear and he problem was solved efficiently. He then provided the same support for my colleague 😊

We had a issue with our external alarm bell in our workshop, I spoke to Andy Roberts and the issue was resolved the same day , with a technician arriving just a few hours later.

After my company had our new phone system placed, we had a few teething issues and questions over several days.

I spoke to David from the support team multiple times over three days. David provided helpful support, answered all questions and fixed some minor issues we had quickly.

Very easy to contact and arrange the addition phone service required for our system , good communication and all done quickly.

Very impressed by the service I was given throughout the process of obtaining my new phone. The staff were very impressive with information throughout from buying and to the after care of my new iPhone 17. Emma and Oliver have gone above and beyond in making sure I am happy with my phone.

We have been a happy customer of Alliance/SCG since inception. Our circumstances changed and we had to contract to comms services in our new offices. Matthew Widdicombe provided excelllent support and very fair termination figures as we changed services. We will not hesitate to return to SCG when our office renewal comes up.

All staff came across as friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful if they had been accessible for extended hours, particularly at weekends.

Luke W has assisted me with numerous requests and queries over the years. He is extremely knowledgeable and always delivers exceptional customer service. He demonstrates patience and tenacity to ensure our system is optimised for business requirements.

We had a problem with the internet at one of our locations, Matt was really helpful and got a very speedy result!
