order the suspender boots on January 22nd.It took way too long to get the product in the first place. I didn't arrive until February 4th. I paid the extra money for coverage for free returns. Maybe it was my bad that I didn't realize that meant they were non-returnable only exchangeable. But they made it look like they were returnable with the statement and making you pay extra. While I was waiting for them to arrive I was inundated with emails trying to sell me more. When they arrive they were too small. I went on the website and tried to return them. It was very cumbersome process so I emailed them. They wrote back immediately they weren't returnable and told me to use the website for an exchange. I went through that process as per their instructions and at the end they ask for my credit card information. How is an even exchange that I already paid almost $70 for, and paid for free returns, need my credit card! I sent another email asking about that and asking how I can return these because they've been sending me so many emails saying that they're almost out of stock. I did not want to get stuck not being able to get the product and more importantly getting stuck with a credit with this company. When they finally responded to my second email they didn't provide me with the information I I had asked for and only asked for the measurements for my dog and the order number, which I had already given them every time I communicated with them. I called and left messages. Always got voicemail. Never got a call back until 3 days later. I miss that call and they never followed up with another call. They texted me saying they called and then asked me for all of my information again. And then when I gave it to them they never responded to that text. It's now five or six days later and I'm still making calls, leaving messages and texts. And they just are nowhere to be found. I should have read the reviews here before I did business with this company because clearly they have a track record of poor service and products. Don't deal with these people. I'm hoping that this review will get their attention and they'll finally do right by me. But I'm not holding my breath. It sounds like they are trying to run out the return policy of 30 days like they have for other people that left reviews here.

I was very happy with the product, but the return process was a bit complicated, and shipping costs were not reimbursed. Just something to be aware of if you need to make a return.

I had originally written the below comment and then received a response to this review and I indeed was wrong and customer service did try and contact me but the emails were going to spam. I will process the return as advised but, others should be aware of what could happen. “Customer service is horrible and I had issues with the product because the chart to correctly measure your dogs is not accurate so the sizes were so small and not usable. No response for an exchange and to purchase two for both dogs is expensive. What a disappointment and a loss of money. I would never recommend these for anyones dog.”

I purchased a pair of suspender boots for my dog. Sometime mid Nov of 25. I had the choice of polka dots or plain black. I selected the black ones. I’m Canadian, but they didn’t show up well after Christmas. I was stunned when I opened the package. Polka dots, ridiculous almost rain boot style boot. They looked and felt like they came from a children’s toy. The fabric is so flimsy. And the adjustments on the suspenders are also incredibly flimsy and not at all strong enough to keep an adjustment in place. It feels like the company just described what they thought would work as a dog boot (but don’t seem to have a clue about canine anatomy) when they worked with their development team. It’s a big joke all around this product. Please don’t waste your money. When I attempted to return the boots (which were in the required form to be acceptable for return), they just waited for the 30 (could be off by a few) days to be up until they actually engaged with me. Sent me a link to start the return, and I get an error message saying the boots were past return date. I would like to firmly dissuade you from purchasing any products from this company. The boots are so unsupportive in anyway that your dogs toes, feet, ankles and legs are extremely vulnerable to injury (fractures, sprains, strains, broken/ripped dew claw). And I challenge them to prove me wrong. Best of luck 🙂

The shipping company they use don't have a location in our City to ship them back I have to use Canada Post. The real kicker is that you have to return them to United States and the cost is $19 shipping at Canada Post and then they wanted an additional $26 because of the whole custom thing to ship to USA. Disappointing because the deluxe doggy leggings look like they would have been a great product if they actually sized correctly.

My dogs feet get so cold in the snow, but they love to walk. The bootie work fairly well, they do have a hard time staying on, and my girls don’t love wearing them but they help them to be able to get a walk in when we have deep snow.

Wish the straps were made of heavier flattened material, it just cloth that doesn’t lat flat and just ends up being a thin rope.

I ordered from them on November 28th. Order WP96139. They supposedly shipped the items on December 5th. It is now December 19th and the package is nowhere to be found. I reached out to them via email several times and today they offered to refund my shipping but at this point I have no trust in the company and just want my money back. I also tried calling their customer service number (as listed on their website) and no one ever answers. This is the second time they failed to deliver an item I ordered. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to dispute this charge on Monday December 22nd.

I subscribed to get the discount code but decided not to due to their very poor review ratings on Amazon. Moreover, now I can't "Unsubscribe" from their mailing list. Sometimes a page comes up blank; sometimes a page comes up but you can't type in the boxes. It's a scam.

Boots off
I was hoping these boots would be the solution for my large dog but the boots fell off when he ran in the snow. They quickly froze and were impossible to untangle and remove.
