I’m satisfied with the product because my dog’s feet don’t get dusty. Also, the design is good! My dog looks cute in them.
However, I’m not quite sure if my dog is wearing Walkee Paws properly or not. They slip off sometimes. Maybe too big? It’s so hard to choose the right size.

Dislike that the boots come off too easily, even though we had the black elastic that’s supposed to hold them on better.

They won't stay on. I wish could return them. What a waste. So disappointed 😞

Kacey is an excellent practitioner who has done very well for my dog and cat in the past few months. I recommend her very highly.

I love these boots for my dog named Boots ironically. I only need them for her front paws but I separate and improvise the back ones after she needs replacements.
Love the packaging, adorable presentation and wish I had thought of this product.

The design of the product is great but the quality of the material, the rubber portion is too thin. I paid so much for it and the soles literally is torn after about 8 uses. It’s too fragile to be used for dog shoes! Very disappointed indeed

Sizing is a problem. One size is too small to get on their feet and the next size up is way too big. I did all the measurements for you and sent them. You tried to convince me I could cram his feet into a size that was way too small. The size you sent was not the same size you sent.

It's so nice to finally have boots that stay on and he walks so much better in them! We love our walkee paws!

Product is too hard to use and measure for accurate sizing. Complicated return process

I was sceptical at first due to mixed reviews. I ordered a size Large for Levi and they didn't fit well - customer service was fantastic and advised me that exchanges are FREE and that I need a size M. It was a perfect fit and while it took a few tries to get used to putting them on and Levi to get used to walking in them - we now rely on them for every rainy day and when the lawn has pesticide treatments - these are a lifesaver and the only shoes that stay on for walks!
I higly recommend them - just make sure you get the correct size - ideally measure before buying

I really wanted to love this product. It seems high quality, well-designed, and fills a need - boots that stay on, can't get lost and protect paws AND legs from salt/mud. The booties & fabric seem well made and fit my dog perfectly (size sm, 10lb yorkie-poo). Clearly this company put a lot of thought into the design. Sadly however, the product did not work for me and after 10 frustrating walks I have thrown it away. One leg falls out completely within 2-3 minute, front or back, and if she runs fast or climbs on snow, both front paws fall off. The design flaw here is that they require tension to stay on - which only exists when the dog's paws are straight - once bent/lifted, the tension is gone and the paws can fall out. She hates wearing them and will try to refuse to go for a walk once she's strapped in, which she has never done with her other booties. If I tighten it too much, her gait becomes stilted and stiff and I end up dragging her for the entire walk. Her fur gets tangled up in the pulleys, which must be uncomfortable. The entire apparatus swings crazily from side to side on her back as she walks and seems bulky. I appreciate what this company is trying to do but I wonder if an entire suit made out of that soft stretchy fabric might work better and be more comfortable for the dog, rather than attaching legs to these complicated pulleys. That would keep the belly clean too. I like how this keep legs clean, but since my dog hates it and they do not stay on whatsoever, I'll have to go back to my balloon-style booties, which rarely fall off and my dog doesn't mind them.

Totally horrible experience. Bad bio mechanical engineering! My happy, excited dog turned into a zombie dog! She could barely walk and was trailing behind me. The fabric is stretchy, it pulls as they walk putting too much tension with every step and disrupts their gait. I really wanted to like this product, ‘cus the concept is brilliant, particularly if you have a really active dog that loves to run and jump in the snow, so you’re constantly losing those boots especially on those deep snow trails, And I love the idea of it being invented by a woman I really wanted to support that. But my dog turned into a zombie and couldn’t walk it made me so sad it literally was the worst walk of our entire seven years together! Then she became terrified of them and would run away and hide under the bed, a dog that anticipated walking was now terrified when I tried to take her on a walk. To add insult to injury, I had such a hard time with customer service getting the product in the first place. There was a Canada Post strike and they refused to reroute the product which was still sitting at a sorting centre and they had access to it, they actually told me to buy another pair that they would ship it a different way, even though I pointed out that I placed the order 10 days after the strike had started, they would take no responsibility. So I waited 2 1/2 months to get it and then when I finally did my dog was terrified of them I wouldn’t recommend this item to anyone.

The worst was their solution to the problem was to ‘Buy another one ‘- not a dog friendly customer service team. And they could reroute it because they admitted they could if I paid a hefty charge.

The happy ending was that I purchased the Canada Pooch version from Petsmart, which she absolutely loves, It fits better and she can do all the things, she runs, jumps, rolls in the snow - I have my dog back and I don’t lose her boots!

I cannot understand WHY IN THE WORLD you did not include removing paper stuffed in the boots? There is NO INDICATION on the directions that the booties have tissue paper jammed in the toe area. I took my standard poodle out for a walk and wondered why she seemed to be having a hard time walking. She tred along with me along the length of a local mall and finally "put the brakes on" sotosay. Meaning she refused to walk. I had NO idea why but I coaxed and coaxed her to move it to the car. Finally half way to the car I stopped in exhaustion and removed both her coat and the boots. She walked to the car but obviously had pain in her paw. When I got home my husband discovered upon examining the boots that "TISSUE PAPER" was inserted in the toe area by the manufacturer. WTH were you thinking that you did not include this fact in the directions for putting them on????? I wish I could send them back because I doubt she will ever allow me to put them on her again. Shame on you. These were not cheap and I got scammed by paying for them with such lousy representation in the directions.

I ordered a 2" boot and was sent 1and a half inch boots I wanted a refund - boots were never worn. The company is impossible to talk to a person. They only respond by email. I paid $66.59 for the boots and they only wanted to refund me $52.12. They insisted I pay shipping to return the boots and a processing fee, which they kept raising the amount of the fee with every attempt to talk to a person. On their website, they did not state that there would be processing fees for returns, nor did it state that the buyer would pay shipping cost to return the merchandise.

My experience has been horrible - save your money. The size M is supposed to fit up to 2.5" wide paw. My dog's paw is 2.25" wide, but is nowhere close to fitting inside. The M boot measured 2" wide on the bottom and is only slightly stretchy at best. Two of us struggled for more than an hour and were not able to get a single boot even partially onto a paw. I wanted to exchange for a size L; however, I had two issues (1) Exchanges are not free, as advertised. They provide you with store credit for a new order. Since my original purchase was made during a sale, I was being charged $17.50 for my "free exchange", and (2) I wanted to know the physical size of the L bootie because their online guide was inaccurate (a 2" wide bootie is not appropriate for a 2.5" paw). To resolve these issues, I contacted customer service. I was told they would help me with the exchange price and then they ignored me for 10 days. Instead of providing me with answers to my sizing question, I was sent an insulting email telling me that I needed to physically try the boot on my dog and not just assume it was too small by looking at it. To date, no one has provided me with any actual sizing information. I've now requested a full refund of my order because it's been more than two weeks of being ignored and/or insulted. BTW, this store gives affiliate links to people where they earn 15% CASH for giving out positive reviews. Beware of those positive reviews as they're just earning free cash. I don't recommend WalkeePaws. It's been an awful experience. I wish I had never placed an order. I'm in a nightmare that won't end.

I just received my new Walkee Paws Dog Suspender boots and I'm truly impressed. I was very skeptical after having so many issues with other boots that would fall off Sami within a few minutes. Walkee Paws has revolutionized our dog walks and I am so impressed that I will be buying more sets. After about 5 minutes of doing the funny walk and freezing in place - Sami got used to the sensation and now walks like a pro. After the first try, I found Walkee paws to be super easy to use, and now we don't go on a walk without them. They are so easy to get on and if they get really dirty they are machine washable - so convenient!

Products are no where to be found after 10 business days have past. I've reached out to get update and nothing. Just automated msg providing different tracking with no updates. I would stay away as their customer service is no where to be found. With 30 days return from shipment day I don't think I can even do that with no products to be found within their promised time of shipping.

Go for canada pooch instead. Buyers be aware!

Really great purchase! Both me and my pup absolutely loved them. They are better than regular dog boots. The legging part prevents my pup paw from slipping out and the best part is how its adjustable to fit all my pups comfort needs. I definitely recommend! Loved this purchase!

One word, CRAP, cheap leotard material total waste of money, made with cheap shiny material, causes the adjuster not to have a good grip, so constantly starts slipping and legs all fall off, purchased the size THEY recommended which wasn’t a good fit at all, complained to customer service regarding the faults all they did was send a video and photos as if your stupid and don’t know how to fit these on your dog, cannot return as my dog had them on outside, it’s the only way you could tell if they were going to work is by taking your dog an actual walk, no help at all, basically have your money and don’t want to know. So stay away and buy something of better quality!
