Anita who took the initial call was very professional. Even though I was calling from US, she very patient in listening to me and my requirement and advised accordingly. The rest of the staff also was very courteous, specially those who came to pickup. I gave 4 star because the company did not take money paid from a US bank even though the money was transferred before the service was performed. I had to get cash from the local ATM in London.

Such a great helpful team. Really positive and professional. Took great care not to make the house dirty bringing things through from the garden.

We're renovating a new house that we recently bought and of all our interactions with various builders, contractors and other bodies waste king has had the best customer service and the smoothest and most reliable process of them all.

Once we had our bags and a set date for collection, the waste was collected on schedule with no hiccups. No extra calls telling us it wasn't possible or we'd put in the wrong items, it just got done. Highly recommend!

Ordered the “Man and Van” service. Great communication from the start with Jack for the order, then John the driver who helped to clear all of the site waste (plasterboard, timber, plastic grid). Great on the day comms with call an hour ahead of arrival as requested. Will definitely use again.

Waste King were fantastic. Courtney in the office, the 2 drivers, James & Stuart all super efficient and the whole process was quick & easy. I would highly recommend them.

Chose WasteKing over other cheaper options in the expectation that it would be a reliable, quick and hassle-free service. The appointed driver failed to show up two-days running, didn’t keep me informed, and sent erratic/unhelpful messages. I had to chase WasteKing to find out what was going on, and the best they could offer was to try and schedule another collection the following week. Ended up cancelling and finding a local alternative who came promptly and did the job at approx £150 cheaper than WasteKing’s quoted prices.

Overall, a big let down. The only good thing I can say is that they refunded the fee for the work that they didn’t do without much hassle.

Drop early on day selected, collected early day of collection. Useful instalment payments for those who don't have a lot of money to fork out all at once. Every other site I searched for did not allow this option. Thank you

You did not turn up and quoted me twice the amount for hedge garden waste removal.
Even though you text messages state that all waste has been removed, that's a lie, I have photographic evidence that this is not the case. I will be taking this further.

Dealt with Ryan on the phone whilst booking the service who was informative, patient and willing to discuss the service most suitable to my needs. Settled on buying a skip bag and then man and van collection. Daz went the extra mile and delivered the skip bag to my door and was very clear on his timings to help me manage my schedule. Waste has yet to be collected but so far experience has been extremely positive.

This was the second time I had used the men & van service. So much easier and economical than a skip. The same team of Tom & Moe were friendly, helpful, efficient, and very tidy. Our load was larger than my estimation, but this was quickly sorted out with the office and an extra charge debited. I would not hesitate to recommend WasteKing. Brilliant.

Excellent service today by Dean (the driver of the van). He contacted me 40 mins to let me know the time he was arriving. Took all the furniture I had previously discussed and paid for. He then phoned the office so he could take more furniture, who gave me another reasonable quote to take it all away !! Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time of using the van and 2 man crew. This service is superb and the 2 men worked hard removing the rubbish. They are extremely hard working and a credit to the company. If you have rubbish to be removed I can highly recommend this company.
