I live in the US. FL and have small budding collection. Wanted to add a rugged looking watch and it has to be mechanical works. The Bulova fit the bill. Semi dress, rugged, cost was nice. Great looker. Black on stainless open heart. Ordering from overseas is a breeze. Just be patient. Takes little over week. Boom collection addition.

I purchased not long ago, a 9ct gold necklace extender for $45, thinking it would do for a normal gold necklace, thickness of just over 1mm. I was quite amazed at how microscopically thin the necklace extender was. The seller had not disclosed the thickness on the advertisement. It was thinner than normal sewing cotton so you can get an idea of how microscopic it was. There was no way I was going to use this on my chain because it would surely break and I would run the risk of losing my gold necklace. In my opinion it was a product that was not fit for its intended use and asked for a refund and for them to collect it from me. The seller eventually gave me a refund, however he wanted their rubbish extender back. And they wanted me to pay for the shipping back. I did not want to pay for shipping this product back, so I took the issue up with “Fair Trading” and they sided with the seller. So I eventually had to pay to have this crap product sent back to them with tracking. Just writing this review so no else get caught out and wastes their time and money on the product or organization.

I've been wearing my watch from Watch Direct for a couple of weeks now and I'm super happy with it!
The delivery was really fast and the price was great. I even got it cheaper than other stores I looked at!
Plus, their customer service is really friendly and helpful.
I also really appreciate that they have detailed instructions for setting up the watch.
Overall, I'm really impressed with Watch Direct and will definitely buy from them again.

Recently I purchased a Skagen watch. It is a beauty. And, it was significantly discounted and arrived at my door step within days of my online order. I highly recommend purchasing from Direct Watch Australia!

I bought my G shock mudmaster ($800) from watch direct. No problems with the delivery and taking my money. Unfortunately I have warranty issues which watch direct completely hand balled me to the watch supplier and will offer no support and will not even respond to my emails. There happy to make there retail profit and then just leave you dealing with the supplier.
I would never buy a watch from watch direct, I would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere

I purchased a Timberland watch for my son's 16th birthday. I was worried that it might not arrive in time, so I called the company. Someone answered the phone quickly and assured me that everything on their website is in stock in Australia and would be shipped without delay. We received the watch in just a few days and are very happy with our purchase. Great prices and excellent customer service.

One of the most unreasonable companies I have ever had displeasure of dealing with.

I cancelled an order with the company before it had shipped. Even after cancelling they still shipped the order to me and are now telling me I will have to pay for the postage to return it. This is despite me providing them with documented proof that I cancelled the order before they shipped it.

Clearly their mistake but some reason they have decided to die in a ditch about providing a $20 shipping label to return the item. If this is how they respond to providing a shipping label, imagine if you had trouble with an expensive watch...

The watch arrived in excellent time. The instructions for setting were good. Trying to figure out the warranty took some time - I had to register with another site.

Quick delivery (10 days) to regional WA. Great price. Lightweight, very smart looking just as per image. Dissapointed "Water resistant " interpretues as "Not suitable for swimming or showering in instructions. Also i missed this model ( unike all my previous Casio watches ) has no light or safety clasp on the modest legnth wrist strap. If my fat male wrist swells up in the heat i will be unable to wear it. Anybody want to buy a nice watch from me ? I have now ordered a smart watch which IS WaterPROOF , not just resistant , with 8 day + battery life . ( I don't understandwhy manufacturers make unsealed watches, built in obsolesance ?)
