Fantastic service! I can’t believe the prices, everything is so affordable, and it’s all delivered for free. I couldn’t recommend this enough, it’s saved me so much time in the mornings and the product quality is great too. The milkman is fantastic as well. Super happy with everything!

Because they do not reply to emails to the customer service email address they provide. I thought I would leave a review here based on my first order. This is the email I sent- so you can see my problem. I will not be ordering from them again.

I was shocked to be given OATLY as a substitute this morning on my first order - rather than the fresh OATO milk I had ordered.
It kind of defeats the point in ordering this, I was told it was family run when I signed up at the door, but the transaction has also come out as Milk&More.
The Milk itself is not Watsons Pantry but Freshway?
I did not agree to substitutions and if I wanted OATLY milk I can just buy it in bulk, After all its long life milk.

I find the taste of milk very good. We receive our supply of milk and eggs regularly, and in a way that it is secured from the thieves.

Easy to order, easy to skip, easy to cancel. Good options to choose from and the menu keeps growing.

Great service easy to edit orders and skip weeks, and awesome value for money. Almost 6 months in loving the experience so far!

Fantastic service, always delivered for when I get up. Payments are easy and only one substitution since I started with them and that was because of the snow and they gave me an extra loaf of bread for the inconvenience. Would recommend to anyone 👌🏻

Such a great service. The team cannot do enough to help when querying orders and the drivers are so friendly. The app makes it so easy to keep track of my orders and there is always fantastic communication if delivery days need to change for bank holidays.

Great service and back to old fashion traditions, milk is always on the doorstep before we wake up. Easy to postpone deliveries using the app if your on holiday was very skeptical when we first signed up but am now very surprised by the service and would recommend to others and have done.

We used watsons pantry for a few months and were generally happy with the products and service until a serious incident happened last Friday!
At 2.04 am the watsons pantry delivery driver reversed at speed into my sons parked car smashing the headlight and damaging the front bumper significantly. The driver then drives off without acknowledging his error. We reported the issue to watsons pantry who said unless you provide evidence we are not interested. We have ring doorbell evidence however 5 days later they are still not admitting fault or liability, so my son has no car and we are left with the cost and inconvenience of dealing with this while they take their time. All they need to do is advise who was the driver and the reg to their insurer so this can be dealt with and we all move on!
Watsons Pantry we are the victim of your drivers error take responsibility and show compassion to the person who’s car you have damaged. You only find the true ethos of a company when problems occur! Happy to amend my review if this get resolved in the next 24 hours!

Nice to have the milk delivered to your doorstep, just like when you were a child.

Salesman was actually very friendly and chatty. Thought I'd try milkshake and yogurts. Delivery was scheduled for this morning. No milkshakes. Didn't rate the quality of the yogurt either. Too watery. I've cancelled my account. Won't be using them again. And they don't do gluten free bread which is a shame.

door to door sales is not the right way to go about selling products. This is 2025. People dont want their doors knocked on, by big fellas standing at the door, my wife was not happy to see a big guy standing at my door with a watsons gilet on that didnt even look legit. Be vigilant next time he knocks the doors round the area he did today as my dog is very big and doesn't like unepected visitors. Ps... if we wanted to use your service we would contact you.... thanks.
