This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I noticed a direct debit for 9.99 which I did not authorise. Contacted them and the lady was very rude and abrupt, she would ask a question and when answering it would then interrupt! They lie to state an email has been sent regarding future payments but I have not received anything. They also make out I would have ticked a box for insurance when I know full well I did not as I have insurance through my bank account why would I then tick for additional insurance - it doesn't make sense. I was also told the email I got sent back in December would be sent to me again and still not received. Avoid at all cost. Worst customer service and are out there to scam people.

⭐️keeping it simple, reading is a skill but to keep focus requires good words,simple explanation & no questions
⭐️3month free was a noticeable point which is why I took out the policy, I suffer fits motion attacks and tremors. I am helpless to this and without warning an episode will result in me dropping, falling on or whatever is in hand I can't hold,I have not used insurance so appreciate the back up

I was leaving Morrisons stood near security put phone in scooter holder bent down to put can drinks on board and my phone was stolen I was always in arms reach of my phone my phone was never left unattended for a minute why has my claim been denied I contacted police told security guards I’ve paid on time 3 years I was loyal customer
