I’ve been a bazoo customer for quite some time and order the unbleached bamboo toilet roll which is great I’m pleased that I can help contribute to environmental sustainability, the toilet rolls last for ages and are still soft, good quality to use.

I love the rolls! Very very soft, more than other popular “wrapped” eco toilet paper brands. Besides the customer service is outstanding, they replied very quickly to one of my queries! I will order again once I go through all my looo rolls! ☺️

I love the Bazoo toilet rolls. We used to get through so many rolls, one per day, but these are stronger, longer and softer than most other brands.
The paper wrapping with blurb about endangered wildlife looks cool in the bathroom when one is waiting to replace the current roll, and I love there's absolutely no plastic involved in the delivery.
We are a family of 4, my teenage sons are very heavy handed, but a box of 48 lasts us literally for months.
I also love that I am supporting a UK startup. Communication is great, I'm honestly really impressed with Bazoo!

Only just received my box of 48 rolls of toilet paper. Was impressed that there’s no bleaching of the paper and I’m quite happy with the beige, matches my bathroom. Sheets are a bit smaller than traditional tp but are more absorbant and don’t break up. Very pleased so far with my purchase.

I love this company. Their toilet paper is amazing with no plastic guilt and the delivery subscription is so easy to use and change unlike so many others. As a bonus the wrapping is so pretty you want it in show.

Recently placed my order, but the courier lost it,contacted bazoo customer service who sprang into action, sent a replacement order and kept in touch. The absolute best customer service I have ever had. The products are great and I will reorder again.

Really pleased with the quality of the products. Everything arrives as expected and delivery was nice and quick. I also had to get in touch with the customer service team to request a receipt for expenses, and they were super helpful and responded really quickly. I'll happily order from them again.

I absolutely love the toilet roll, which is twice the length of normal paper toilet roll. On average a roll lasts me nine days, which is amazing!
I also love the company ethos and the fact no trees are being cut down for this product!

I contacted Bazoo when the delivery was missing a part of the order and they were super quick to respond and reissue the missing order FOC.

Good product and good service. I had a bit of an issue as the laundry sheets had been missed out but they were very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly.

I love these loo rolls, they last twice as long. I love having them delivered too as I hate shopping for loo role, before Bazoo I felt like we were always running out and they were constantly on my shopping list. The gel wipey stuff is good too! 😝

The rolls are so long and last forever and I love that they’re not bleached.
I recently had an issue with delivery and the customer service team were really helpful too. I honestly can’t fault them.

Great product

Good quality product. Recently tried a different brand as deliveries have previously been too long, bearing in mind 48 hours stipulated. However other brand not as good as this product. So prepared to take the two week wait at times when ordering. However third time I had ordered product it arrived in a timely manner.

Excellent loo paper and in the main excellent delivery service.
