I have been using Bazoo for a few years now. Their products last for ages. The kitchen rolls are strong and and the toilet rolls are soft and of great quality. Delivery is fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

I have only had one Bazoo order and think it’s great, I got a good deal on my first order- money off, free kitchen roll and laundry sheets. Delighted! Wasn’t sure how long it would last and initially felt a bit worried about changing the date if I needed to as I’m quite new to subscriptions and have read many a horror story on trust pilot about companies having complicated and difficult cancellation instructions or “ forgetting” to change the order and customers still having to pay etc.

However I was pleased to get a text saying I was due an order but I still had loads of loo roll left so delayed it for another 4 weeks. It was really easy to do and very straightforward (I was quite anxious about doing it and didn’t want a house full of loo roll if it was overly complicated)

However, last week (24 th August) I got a text saying my new order was due in 3 days which was perfect as I was down to 3 rolls of loo paper. It’s now the 2nd of September and no sign of it. I’ve had to buy loo roll to bridge the gap which I’m annoyed about as this was supposed to take the hassle out of it. I do love having a big box of toilet paper in the cupboard and not having to think about it as supermarket paper is expensive and the rolls are so small now, even big brands like Andrew etc.

I don’t think it’s Bazoo’s fault here to be fair but Evri really are the worst and more and more companies are using them. They have had my parcel for days and no sign of it. Tracked it a little while ago and it’s still in transit so could be another couple of days. I will have to buy more at the supermarket now so I am seriously thinking if this is worth it. Especially when you are trying to work out how much you need. Long review - sorry. Well done if you got to the end. Wanted to love this subscription as the company are so ethical but as always evri let me down.

Wanting to switch to unbleached toilet paper, I did lots of research online before deciding to try Bazoo and have been so impressed I now have a subscription in place. The rolls are long, the paper is robust and most importantly is also soft. For me, the most important factor was no bleach chemicals near me or in the manufacturing process and I feel Bazoo achieve this.
Also really impressed with their eco laundry detergent sheets, they work just as effectively as branded laundry detergent but without the need for single use plastic bottles or big boxes, why wouldn’t you swap?

Bazoo is such a great service and brilliant longer loo rolls you don’t have to keep changing. I’ve recently switched to unbleached to help the planet. I find the subscription service SO easy to edit, pause, switch product. I also recommend the tissues

Nice toilet roll, great company ethos etc etc etc. Which is why I took a subscription out with them in the first place.

However as soon as you run into any issues, they are a nightmare.

Keep sending orders I have not requested on subscriptions I have cancelled. Assured me all subscriptions cancelled and lo and behold another one has been sent out. When I asked them to cancel my subscription for the third time, they sent me a weblink to a video detailing how to cancel it...beyond frustrating and like speaking to an ai bot.

Initially a great experience which has unfortunately soured. As a result they have lost my custom and I will not be using them again. Plenty of similar options on the market.

Bazoo are making a difference, by supplying us with bamboo products that help save the environment.

I started being a customer last year and I can tell you that they have integrity, honesty and still provide me with toilet rolls and paper tissues that are good value and a pleasure to use. True, you do need to buy in bulk (like toilet rolls x 48) but that keeps their carbon footprint low, which is admirable. We need more companies like them, so buy their products with confidence!

Great product, each roll lasts twice+ as long as other good makes. Packaging is lovely too, looks great in any bathroom. Highly recommend this product and company.

This is a good quality product, which seems to last as lot longer than most toilet rolls, with no plastic involved in the product or the packaging. It is sent out at pre-set times of the customer's choice, but a reminder is sent 3 days before dispatch so the date can easily be changed if necessary - and it saves lugging home all those heavy kitchen and toilet rolls from the supermarket.

Put an order in with this company but unfortunately EVRI lost my parcel. I contacted Bazoo and informed them and they dealt with the issue straight away, sending out a replacement which I'm receiving today..I notified them 2 days ago.. brilliant customer service, highly recommended!

We subscribe for toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and washer sheets. All are excellent quality and I love how easy the website is. The fact that you can change dates is especially helpful. I definitely wouldn't change the way I shop for these items. Also, the customer care is first class.
