Love all the products we have tried so far. Love the fact it’s all environmentally friendly and also love the packaging. The guys have always been really quick at answering my queries and deal with them immediately and are super friendly!

I would give no stars if possible. Toilet roll cheap and nasty and not as long as competitors. Because of this I cancalked my subscription but they sent it anyway and took payment. They refused to accept a return unless I paid for it and refused to take any responsibility for their error. Avoid this company.

Bazoo is a great product, soft toilet paper, quite strong and seems to last a long time. Quick delivery and great customer service.

Made an error with my address on payment but a quick email to the customer service team resolved the issue and clear communication on actions taken reassured me that my parcel would soon be in the way to my new address. Really looking forward to receiving my first purchase.

Not good in service
I am the affiliate of this brand. I have got some commissions in Apr.2026. The commissions were ready, but I still did not receive my payment.

Excellent product, excellent customer service, only downside so far has been the courier service, Evri.

Easy to use website. helpful customer service people by email. Love the rolls, long lasting, and wrapped with lovely designs of animals, with interesting facts included. They make fun gifts! Good to be tree free, and the paper is not so dark as some bamboo papers, and much softer.

Nice quality paper, fast delivery

Love bazoo. We have recommended it to all our friends and family. Ethical and fun loo wrappers, we love how they look on our bathrooms. I had an issue where Evri lost our parcel and contacted them and a new box was sent out the same day with a different parcel service. Really great product, and service, great company overall ! Would recommend.

Great product and membership is easy to amend to suit what you need. The customer service is excellent, all queries quickly answered. I would recommend Bazoo to friends.

Great product. Delivery arranged when required and can be easily postponed if needed. It's interesting there's no dust with this product compared to some well known toilet paper brands.

I've been buying paper products from Bazoo for a couple of years, I appreciate the focus on biodegradable offerings and conservation efforts, but I stay with them because they work well. The ordering process, through the site, is straightforward and convenient.
But this last order was unusual; only part of one item was delivered and none of the second. The e-mail messaging seemed unclear as to whether the shipment was supposed to be broken up, so I gave it a few days to resolve.
It was Sunday before I remembered to get in touch with service, but I thought, "I'll mail them now before I forget." I was surprised that my mail got an immediate response just to say it was Sunday so I wouldn't get a conscious response from a closed office. I was even more pleased when I got a second message on Monday saying a response would take a little time due to current load. Things happen that slow processing but I knew the wheels were turning.
Well before the communicated delay passed Rizelle got in touch about my order and I explained my confusion about status and what had already arrived. It was a pleasant and understanding conversation and I was given an exact date for the delivery of all items. And that's exactly when they turned up.
I think that responding to problems in normal processing is an opportunity to show quality, and I think Rizelle is a good example of Bazoo's business operation.

I have probably tried every eco loo roll that there is and I have to say in my experience this is by far the best and the customer service is excellent

Love their ethics, and animal wraps, my only problem is as I live on my own it takes me a while to get through a box! Works out a good price though and I don't have to load up the shopping bags with loo rolls etc.

Fantastic product. Been using them for at least a couple of years. Never a problem, toilet rolls are excellent quality and simply fabulous all round. They also last a lot longer than supermarket bought products and therefore a great saving not just for the environment but also my purse.
