Bazoo bamboo toilet rolls are brilliant, soft, extra long rolls, 370 sheets per roll. I order a box of 48 rolls which is really economical and its very easy to manage my subscription, you can bring the delivery date forward if you’re running out, Bazoo contact you before your next box is due so you can change the date if you’re not ready for more, which is usually what happens in our house as the rolls last a long time. They partner with the Rainforest Trust UK and for every box of toilet paper sold they protect 100m2 of endangered habitat, 600,000m2 so far. Thank you Tom and Sammarie.

It’s a great product/products, and they’re really good at staying in touch. I was confused about my delivery time. I sent them an email. I had a reply within 24 hours explaining everything. A great bunch of people. Oh, and the loo paper is amazing! No more trees for me, bamboo all the way!

Great product from a British company. I love seeing the lovely colourful paper wrapping in my bathroom and especially as its all plastc free. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was very helpful in sorting out my issue… I’d signed in with a gmail account but used my yahoo account for messaging them… hence the problem that I couldn’t work out! So simple, but there was no judgement, just immediate helpfulness & support.

I have been using Bazoo for toilet paper and kitchen towel for quite some time now and I can 100% recommend them, They send out an email to let you know when your next delivery is due and you get the option to skip the date if you want. I cannot fault their products, the toilet paper is soft and each roll lasts ages and they are individually wrapped in colourful animal designs. The kitchen towel is strong and also comes wrapped in the animal design. Their prices are quite reasonable and the quality is excellent. Love Bazoo and would never go back to shop bought products.

Have used Bazoo for a couple of years now. Really good quality paper that doesn’t disintegrate as soon as you touch it. Love the coloured wrap too.

I’ve been using Bazoo now for a few years and I’m delighted with both the products and the service.
The toilet rolls and tissues arrive in strong sturdy boxes which of course are recyclable along with everything else. Both toilet rolls and tissues are soft and strong and good value for money.
The wildlife information is a fabulous way to encourage younger people to learn how important it is to look after our environment.

Lovely toilet rolls and set up a subscription. My 2nd order was due via Evri and I kept checking to see when it would be delivered to make sure I was in as it had been heavily raining for a few days now and I didn’t want to miss delivery, however, Evri still showed it was at the delivery depot and they would let me know when out for delivery, but next thing I know Evri dropped box off without letting me know and luckily I was in otherwise this would have been ruined if left out in the rain. I have emailed Bazoo and now cancelled my subscription as I cannot rely on Evri … They need to make sure they can rely on their couriers if they are to survive

Toilet rolls are great value and quality. They last a long time. Customer Service is excellent. You can change the frequency of your at anytime its so easy and convenient.

With my most recent order, Bazoo switched to Evri which resulted in a partial non-delivery. After a couple of emails a replacement was promptly sent out, thankfully with another delivery service, which arrived with no issues.

I'm really happy with the product. The communications from Bazoo are informative, polite and clear. Delivery is always on time. Any adjustments I need to make to my subscription are made very easily online. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the products I receive.

Great company to buy from. I use the Bazoo toilet rolls, which are of good quality, size and thickness. I have them delivered on a regular basis, and if I ever need to make amendments to my order, their website is easy to navigate to enable this. Oh, and their customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend buying from Bazoo :)
