Apart from the hiccup with my delivery due to the Evri courier. I'm absolutely delighted with the loo rolls. They are way better than I expected to be honest, soft & packed beautifully.

It’s been a mixed first experience. Great customer care, but very late arrival, then was missing half of the products!

With IBD Crohns my toilet tissue needs to last, be gentle, kind, strong & absorbent. My usual is softly quilted extra long so this is a big change. Time will tell if it will be an acceptable change but I bought 24 rolls to test. I don’t want to compromise comfort against the positive environmental impact the change intends.

First impressions - not as wide, not as lofty, not attractive or luxurious looking on its dispenser holder. In use it’s maybe not feeling as absorbent. The gel is great. I’m trying to wean my adult son off of wipes!

Had regular deliveries for a while now and no issues. Good quality product, however last delivery had taken a while so I contacted customer service and had a reply promptly which resolved the issue. No fuss no false promises just sorted! So a thumbs up from me and will definitely keep ordering

I have been ordering from Bazoo now for over 4 months . Just love the texture of the toilet roll . It’s so soft and a great texture .

I love this company - ethically and attitudinally, they are 100% - focussed on the environment and their customers. So helpful, and their product is excellent :) Highly recommend them :)

Super delivery, great loo rolls, good ethics .Everything I wanted .

Customer care is fantastic. We have used the toilet rolls for a while and love them - so soft. We have now also started using the kitchen rolls! We had a free trial pack of washing sheets and despite huge reservations are now complete converts and love that we have found a eco friendly alternative to our previous fairy non-bio. The sheets make clothes smell beautiful and clean brilliantly - even grubby football kits!

Any queries are responded to without delay. Hiccups with delivery company which is out of their control have been put right without any hassle to me as the customer.

I love the toilet rolls and have recently started ordering the laundry sheets for eco reasons. These are also great. The only thing is I don't understand why the laundry sheets don't get put in the same box as the toilet rolls. Surely this would be more eco friendly. (Hence only 4 stars)
I also had trouble with receiving the laundry sheets last time. This was resolved with quick customer service but they were apparently sent out 3 times and I only received them on the third time!
Generally love their ethos though.

Great products and easy to adjust deliveries
have had a few deliveries now and happy with the products and service . I feel they are good value. We have the toilet rolls,kitchen roll,tissues and washing sheets

It seems that every time I order from Bazoo part of my order disappears in transit. I guess there is someone on the courier side that has a liking for free Bazoo loo roll. The kitchen roll manages to get here but never the loo roll. I wish that Bazoo would use a more reliable and honest delivery service. Their choice of couriers just happens to be the consistently voted worst courier service in the UK which to me just says Bazoo do not consider customer satisfaction very much. Also contacting Bazoo is only via email, there seems to be no phone contact and replies to emails takes days. 3 stars because the products are ok but the company behind it not so much.

I love that your company are saving trees with your Bamboo product I also love the pretty wrapping and the fact your ordering is simple to rely on. Thankyou so much for all your hard work in creating a wonderful way of helping our environment.

Item not received was reported and immediately an answer was provided that a replacement would be sent as a priority. Excellent service.

Good communication regarding order confirmation and delivery.

A good product and good value, staff always responsive If you need to vary the delivery dates. I recommend buying toilet rolls in this way.

I inadvertently set up a subscription for washing detergent and am unable to cancel it. I was unable to do this by following the link so contacted them directly. This has happened three times now! Each time they assure me it is cancelled and then I receive an email telling me my subscription will follow. It is a shame that their customer service is so lacking as I like their products, especially the toilet rolls. This has totally put me off using or recommending the company.

We have been using Bazoo for a while now, and can thoroughly recommend the loo paper. It does what it needs to with comfort and the rolls last a good time.

The ordering and delivery works very well in the main, we only had one delivery hiccup a few months ago, which was quickly sorted out. This is a small company but they are very invested and have a great passion to reduce the use of paper from trees. Well done! 😊
