Great small uk small start up buisness. Toliet roll is great quality I get the unwrapped. Great that you can pick and choose when to recieve orders. I also get the natural unwrapped kitchen roll. And the tissues. Tissues are really soft and great box designs.

Bazoo toilet paper. No trees are harmed in the production of this product.
Paper has no bleach or chemicals. Love the covering of the rolls they look good in the bathroom .
You can set the timings of delivery to suit your situation and the cost is in line with products in supermarkets, with toilet roll sheet count more than many on the market.
Customer service is 5 star. Both response time and sorting out problems online.
Delivery is by DPD and being kept informed on line as to dates and time is helpful.

We have been using Bazoo for a good while now and are very happy with their toilet roll. Our last delivery went missing with the courier. I contacted Bazzo's customer service who replied the next working day and a replacement order was delivered the next day.

We really love the Bazoo products, and really like the idea of helping the environment too. When there was a slight discrepancy with a recent order Bazoo responded promptly.

Excellent product. Flexible subscription which is easy to manage. Far superior to conventional rolls. Have been using them for a while now and will not go back to lugging loo roll packs from the supermarket!

Been getting boxes of toilet rolls quite while now . Last delivery one toilet roll was missing. Box was bit battered up and looked like it been opened or split open . Wasn’t happy, messaged Bazoo, at time they replied to take picture of missing roll and box , but I had already disposed of box and put rolls away. Just emailed Bazoo and said that.
They sent me 4 rolls , I only expected 1 replacement roll . So they really went out of way to compensate me. So decided to stay with them . That being said , still overall not happy with EVRI delivery

The service from Bazoo has been great. There was a problem with the delivery caused by the carrier but Bazoo organised replacements quickly and without fuss. We will now definitely be maintaining our regular orders.

I’ve been ordering from Bazoo for over a year and I’ve found their products are high quality, great value for money and the packaged rolls look really lovely in your bathroom! I tried a few of the environmentally friendly toilet rolls and found Bazoo the best. Their customer service is really good and they respond quickly - I recently placed two orders by mistake, and realised I hadn’t updated my address and they helped me cancel the first order and made sure my shipment was going to my new address.

Bazoo is a great company providing some great earth friendly products. The toilet roll is better than the rest & my sensative skin has found a compatible loo roll that doesn't dry it put or cause sore spots. Great communication from customer service and fast delivery. You can tailor your subscription & you receive reminders 3 days before your date arrives.

Absolutely love this toilet paper and it’s such a treat to have it arrive straight to the door. We have also just started using the tissues and they are so nice - definitely will be sticking with them! They have great customer service, responding very quickly to queries and resolving my issue.

Love what they do, and it's always easy to switch delivery day if I'm away or haven't used all the product before the next scheduled delivery.

Great product at a fair price. But the special thing about the company is the customer service. I recently had a delivery go astray and they immediately sent a replacement. Then, when my first delivery turned up as well as the second, I offered to send the replacement back, but they said to keep it. Very generous.

The product is amazing, I actually chose them over other businesses because they were small and local.

Great customer service and great loo roll!

The first delivery failed to arrive. Bazoo were so helpful and thoughtful and immediately resent the order with another company. They were excellent in their customer support - far better than most of my experience. Also the products are excellent.

very reliable service order comes beautifully packaged efficiently delivered and I don't run out - and the bonus is it is delivered to the door - no more carrying home large packets. good product too - what's not to like!!
