The best loo roll ever! Amazing quality, feels much better than that other brand, and their customer service is super quick and responsive too. My only problem is that the rolls last too long! I had to reach out to cancel my order because I still have lots left and they responded in minutes. Super happy 😁

Absolutely love this company best loo rolls ever, last for ages. These are not just any old toilet paper, you need to try you'll never try another.

Updating to two stars as when I emailed them with cancel in the subject line (a second email, as I did email after 48 hours to query whether it had shipped), I received an immediate response saying that they would consider it lost by Evri, as they had shipped it. However...they're out of what I'd ordered so offered two different replacement options.

As it's now entering day 5, I will be buying different loo roll, and requested a refund which I have been advised they have processed.

While customer service was very quick and helpful when I requested cancellation, I'm just not convinced Bazoo has the infrastructure to grow its customer base at this time, especially reading reviews of others who have run into the same thing.

Ordered loo roll on 48 shipping. Well, it's now four days later and the courier doesn't even have the package from Bazoo yet.

Bazoo has created a quality company which is very genuine, and the products are awesome which are non toxic which makes a massive difference in one's life, and to mother nature...! I would recommend "Bazoo" to people who are looking to start using toxic free toilet paper and detergent etc..! Bazoo also answers your emails (if open) and ordering products is easy and simple..! I appriciate what Bazoo have done for the people 🙏🙏

Great toilet paper and customer support.

The products are great. Whenever I have had to reach out to customer service, replies have been friendly and helpful and usually within 24 hours.

It must be that you are allocated to a staff member, as conversations become personalised with that person, which is great!

Extremely disappointed that Bazoo failed to answer an order enquiry accurately which resulted in me then receiving 2 x 48 rolls instead of 1. The error was clearly their end but they were unwilling to honour their responsibilities under various consumer legislations and has resulted in me triggering a chargeback. All totally avoidable and a huge waste of my time trying to amicably resolve. They have lost mine and my family's custom as a result.

I've been a regular buyer of loo roll and kitchen roll for a couple of years now. I tried a couple of brands of eco loo rolls beforehand and Bazoo is by far the best. Customer service also excellent, one item from my last order was lost by the courier but Bazoo immediately replaced it, no quibbles. Very impressed.

All good! Though I feel we should get a slightly quicker delivery service for long subscriptions, I’ve been joined for over a year now heheh, plus the occasional sample of something else like the kitchen paper or other items would be good as I’ve been considering the kitchen paper not haven’t wanted to buy a load straight up.

The quality of the toilet paper, packaging and customer service is 100%.

Loo rolls that don't cost the earth!
We use these in our dental practice and patients and staff like the individually wrapped rolls (great for hygiene). They also last longer than store bought ones. The customer service is very responsive too!

I had lost track of my ordering needs and realized I did not require a shipment of loo rolls that were on their way to me, post-payment. Bazoo were really swift at responding to my request for the shipment to be cancelled and a refund given, and their emails very friendly in tone.

I just re-ordered 48 rolls and 6 kitchen rolls and love this company. Their customer service is great...you even get personal replies the same day. Bamboo rocks because it is sustainable, and I love the decorative fun facts on the roll covers. Reasonably priced, quick, cleverly designed and environmentally friendly sums it up.

Toilet Gel is a game changer. Excellent product for sensitive skin.
