Fantastic service from start to finish with these guys!! This was a great easy, hassle free way to sell my bike. I got the quote for my bike the same day after submitting all the information and photos. I had additional questions that I asked and I received a really quick response. Very happy with quote, communication was on point, always kept in the loop. I used the courier service Paisley Freight to ship my bike that they recommended, who were also a very good service. The communication was first class. The process of getting a quote for my bike was simple and quick.
The courier they recommended was great, picked the bike up at my home and delivered it next day. I was paid within 3 hours of delivery!

I’ve had quotes for selling two bikes to WeBuyCycle and both were spot on in terms of market value. Submitting the info was really easy I got responses and valuations within 24hrs, as promised. I dropped a bike off at their workshop today and was paid by bank transfer as soon as it had been checked over - very straightforward.

The workshop is an Aladdin’s Cave of very high quality product, all beautifully prepared and sensibly priced. The team were all super friendly, knowledgeable and properly passionate about bikes and cycling. The service throughout has been great.

My only constructive criticism is that the website photos don’t do the quality of the bikes justice!

Bought a second hand Canyon road bike in great condition for a great price! There was a minor issue with one of the wheels after I collected. They allowed me to exchange and pay in extra for another of their bicycles.....

Excellent company to deal with. Gave me a fair price for my bike. I live a distance from their base but everything was complete in a week. This was a bit new to me but they gave me a step-by-step guide (recommended good couriers too). Communication was very friendly and prompt. Payment received same day they received the bike. I sold two of my bikes to We Buy Cycle.
The process was really simple and within 24 hours I had a purchase valuation on both bikes.
The value for both bikes was totally realistic and took all the hassle out of advertising and having to answer endless emails.
Once I had accepted the offers I organised an appointment to drop them off at their depot and the sale was done.

It was a simple as filling in the required form online and submitting it for a quote. Quote came in within a couple of hours and I found it to be a fair price. The quote was valid for 2 weeks which gave me plenty of time to box my bike up and post it off to them.
Once they received my bike they let me know by email and then they carried out an inspection of the bike checking it over for any damage that might not be seen in the pictures I sent them.
Once both parties were satisfied the money was transferred into my bank account straightaway.
All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend these guys to sell your bike with.

Ok, so I wanted to treat myself and came across my dream bike (Cannondale Scalpel) on the Webuycycle website (after noting on the ebay listing that the price was cheaper there). A dropped a cheeky wee request and Paul was quick to reply and indulge me. Swift, polite and personal comms are underrated these days and so to feel like I was actually of interest to them made a big difference (and not just because of the money). All questions answered I bought the bike and they were supportive in arranging an appropriate delivery date and, when it arrived (always a worrying point), it was so well packed and protected. Having ridden it now I can only give them a top rating on everything, from the description and photos in the listing, to the comms and the delivery and the bike itself. No faults at all for me. Just have to get fit and do the bike justice.
