Well.ca Reviews

Spent all day trying to place this order! Kept telling me either my login or password were incorrect!!!! Think I reset password a couple of times, and FINALLY it worked.

I love this service. I can get an excellent selection of products from vitamins to baby gear to makeup to Christmas stuff to…and have it shipped quickly and with no hassle. And Canadian, yay!
I’ve used them a lot and never had a mistake in an order. Excellent quality control in picking orders. Good prices too and they publicize sales to make it easy. They even have free samples if you meet a price threshold.

Ordering from Well.ca is so easy they sell a lot of Canadian made products which I only purchase. Delivery is amazingly quick. Their customer service is the best.

Awesome variety of quality products and quick delivery!

Love their products and pricing. I've only had good experience shopping here

Took far to long for Credit Card Payment . Your Website stats free shipping after $35, I was being Charged shipping on $70. Very misleading

I can find products I like that I can’t find elsewhere!

Fast and easy safe

Lots of made in Canada even Ontario options.
Only one suggestion give more variety of free samples with orders. In my most recent order it only offered baby and new mom related samples. Which is not relevant to me I am 63 yrs.

I've been using Well.ca for a decade. Weekly specials, a wide selection of options, and quality products keeps me coming back.

The prices are so much better than I have been paying for my preferred products. I was able to ensure that all of my products were Canadian. As this was my first order, and I did not confirm my address properly, I called customer service. The representative was very helpful and stayed on the line with me for the few minutes it took for the order to go through. Definitely worth a repeat!!!

Great company to work with! Integral, professional, timely!

I've been purchasing from Well.ca for over 10 years and have NEVER had a negative experience

Great customer service. I had an issue with a damaged product and they reimbursed me quickly. Shipping is quick as well. Ordering again for sure.

I love shopping at Well, they have a wide variety of products, with everything I need.

Repeat customers for years now. We love the selection of quality Canadian fragrant free products available!

I love shopping on this website. It’s Canadian and offers a huge variety of items which is fantastic when you live in a rural area. The best thing? They have a maple leaf on the items that are from a Canadian company so it’s easy to support them.
