As a relatively new designer, Isobel took time to talk me through West One's ranges and brands, she looked at my plans and schedules and advised me on how to get the best for my clients. Despite having the most exquisite high-quality ranges and spectacular tiles (which I hope one day to use) she has been understanding that not all budgets can stretch to the top brands, has given great recommendations for mid-range products, and has been extremely patient when my clients have made amendments.
Sometimes showrooms in Chelsea Harbour can feel rather exclusive and less approachable, but Isobel always has a smile and friendly tone and makes you feel at ease. That's why West One is my go-to supplier for all things sanitaryware and brassware. Bravo! Would highly recommend.

Most horrible experience. This company is unprofessional. We have placed an order in December, it's almost end of march and we still haven't received our bathtub which derails our completion date for the renovation, incurring additional costs and stress. They are not even able to explain what happened and why the delivery date got pushed back by 2 months!!! They also don't take any responsibility over the matter. The service provided is abysmal. I honestly don't recommend ordering from this company, they have no control over their distribution and no sense of urgency or human decency.

I would like to set a few things straight as I was taken aback by the defensive stance of your sales team representative and blaming from her side for her own mistake.
Here are the facts:
1. We confirmed in writing 26th of September as the delivery date of all ordered materials with West One (e.g. email from 03/09/2024 14:49).
2. There is only one other call we have made (11/09/2024 11:48) to kindly ask to make an appointment with vendor for shower screen installation date 21st of October. FYI the sales agent needed to confirm the appointment was booked, but we have not heard back from her up until the expected materials delivery day (i.e. 26th Sep as per above point 1.) on appointment confirmation.
3. 26/09/2024 09:08 we called the sales agent and to our shock the whole West One delivery was not expected to arrive during that day.
The fact that the sales agent did not take accountability and pointed finger at us that we had asked her to change the delivery date left us very disappointed. She left us to deal with West One delivery department, instead of sorting out the mess of her own making. That was not very professional nor reassuring.
Because the delivery had to be urgently rescheduled for next day (27th Sep) there was no one around from our fitters to help us accept the delivery – it was only my wife and myself, who had been unwell but had to take all the heavy items inside the house under rain. Any further delivery delay was simply impossible and would have cost us even more.
The issue was escalated to sales agent’s manager Louise as well as higher up the chain all the way to Alex, all of whom just apologised for the situation but said not much else would be done. No goodwill gesture for such a messup was ever considered from their side! “we took immediate action to resolve the situation as best we could” – Alex wrote to me in an email. To that I replied:
“my point throughout this email chain is clear: not good enough and you could have done more. For starters my wife was not supposed to be told to waste her time and be dealing with dispatch team to work out timings etc for the next day delivery (for luxury goods market we should have had one point contact with your firm – the sales agent). Secondly I was not supposed to put in a shift carrying the materials inside the house sick. Furthermore the mistake was not immediately acknowledged and we are annoyed that my wife was blamed for causing it initially – with time (unwilling) by Louise and then subsequently now by yourself the mistake is finally getting acknowledged. . So yes, you could have definitely done more unlike your statement at the beginning of this paragraph.
To conclude, as Louise mentioned in her recent call to me, “nobody should be penalized [for this incident]”. Well guess what – somehow it feels that we definitely were and you didn’t make right by us.
Enough said – I didn’t hear anything new neither from you, nor Garry or Louise for that matter. I will make sure my Trustpilot and Google reviews reflect all this.”

We purchased most of our bathroom supplies through them and were extremely pleased with highly professional and timely service. Yessica was particularly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We are repeat customers at West One Bathrooms and their Chelsea office. Arezoo has always been very helpful, accommodative to our requests and creative in providing us with tasteful solutions to our ideas. Most recently there was a mishap with the delivery chain and she and team went absolutely out of their way to make sure we get our items on time (on a late Friday afternoon!) so that the builder could complete the final touches in our bathroom. Truly thankful for that. The consistency and customer service has been spectacular! Would recommend one hundred percent.

This is our second project working with Laura at the Oxshott branch. She worked with us to design a family bathroom, en-suite bathroom and guest toilet. She understood the brief and found exactly what we were looking for. The family bathroom is a particularly tricky layout and Laura created a design that made the best use of this space and has everything we wanted.
Laura’s continued support regarding any additional enquiries during the renovation works was invaluable.

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I ordered one wall hung toilet approximately two weeks ago and ended up having to call them when the product wasn’t delivered when they said it would be. I then called three times with no response, which led me to raise a complaint. Following this, I then received call after call & email after email explaining the issues that they were having with the product and why they were unable to supply it by the date agreed when I purchased it. I think they think customers want to hear their excuses. They don’t! All they want is their product, in line with their expectations. And if not, give solutions!
Stupidly, I then went onto purchase a second toilet from them thinking that it was just a ‘one off issue’ with my first experience. Oh how I was wrong!
I then go onto receive multiple calls and emails regarding the fact that they have having problems with their delivery - AGAIN! Again, I do not care about their excuses, all I want is my product delivered in line with my expectations. When calling me to resolve the matter, it’s as though they wanted praise for sorting the issue. And again, they chose to go into chapter and verse about the issues they were experiencing. I couldn’t care less about the details - I have a job and can’t listen to you waffle on all day with excuses!
I will never use this company again , they are terrible and have made my renovation process far more difficult and long-winded than it needed to be.
A bit of advice- Just get on with your job , find solutions and stop giving me excuses / talking me though your operational issues. I couldn’t care less. That’s not what I paid for!

A big shout out to Arezoo Pouya at West One Bathrooms Chelsea.
I urgently needed a spare part - a Duravit Bath overflow and searched a lot of places. Building was already taking place and this part was missing as an oversight on my part working with another company.
I shopped around and no one could help me. That was until I spoke to Arezoo who was super efficient calling me back within 5 minutes to check on the stock and placing my oder within another 5.
it was the last available part in stock and would have had to wait a month for it to become available again by most suppliers I had spoken with which would have been too late and in which time the build would have been completed.
It is times of urgency you a calm and efficient sales person who is accurate and fast and this is key and so glad Arezoo was just that, Thank you so much. A great service.

Kirsten from WestOne bathrooms helped us plan and design three bathrooms which we were refurbishing. She did an amazing job helping us source the best fixtures at the best prices. Kirsten was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my endless questions. Post sale service was also excellent. They held the materials at the warehouse for extended periods until we were ready on site. Also, if there were any issues with any products or services, she took control of the issue and ensured the issue was resolved. I was very glad to be dealing through WestOne as I think suppliers were very keen to ensure WestOne and its clients were happy. Would recommend!
