Absolute worst experience we've ever encountered with customer service and overall experience. We started this process in October 2025, and was promised certain features that never happened and cancelled but are still getting charges. Customer service says they have no notations on our account and no history of our cancellation form that was time stamped. Our rep was no help at all and acted like he was not impressed with the company either. 0/5 if I could rank. Would love a refund for the wasted 10 months of time and money spent dealing with this company.

June 16th, 2026
I have a friend who works commission for this Wholesale Payments company.
I agreed to meet with her because she said they do loans.
At the meeting though, she pushed a card reader product on me.
She made it seem you had to sign up for this first because even trying for the loan.
I signed the paperwork thinking that it couldn't be final without the remaining documents she needed (voided check and pic of my ID).
Welp, she went ahead and processed without my permission when I told her I'd like to think about it first.
She made it sound like I approved of it all when I have screenshots showing otherwise.
I received calls from Wholesale Payments.
I thought it was them trying to call to convince me to finalize my decision.
Then one of my tenants/roommates at the property in Fort Dodge said a package from Wholesale Payments showed up.
I answered a call from them yesterday finally.
I told them I never gave the go-ahead, but apparently the person went ahead and sent in the paperwork because they were desperate to make $900 in commission.
Now the company says I have to pay a cancelation fee. Now I have to drive 1.5hrs to go pick up their product in Fort Dodge, put the FEDEX return label on to return.
I have no desire (or reason) to use their product.
They are an extremely pushy company that does not hear the word "No".
They make offers to you to try to avoid cancelation.
Wholesale Payments calls again this morning.
I tell them I already cancelled.
Representative says this is a different branch of Wholesale Payments so they do not see that I cancelled.
I only started filling out paperwork Friday, June 5th, 2026. I assumed by her saying she needed a Voided check and pic of my ID for it to be approved.
She went ahead and sent everything.
And now I have no clue what the cancelation fee is.
I don't want to agree to an Early Termination Fee when they don't even say how much!!
If it is under $200, fine. I'll pay for peace of mind.
But what if it's over $500? Should I get a lawyer involved? Or go ahead and sign and pay for whatever they end up asking?

Update 7.4.26:
It seems Wholesale Payments went ahead and forced a pay of $45 from my checking acct. The bank's advice was to create a new acct which I intend to do.
I put RTS (return to sender) on the box they sent. I do not have the product nor am I using the product.

We tried using them at Armed Gun Barn. We chose this company based on the promises they made during the sales process. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what was presented. Several commitments that were made before we signed on were never fulfilled, and communication became increasingly difficult when we tried to get answers.

The most disappointing part wasn't that problems arose. It's that the company failed to deliver on the expectations they set from the beginning. We invested our time and money based on those promises, and the end result fell far short.

I hope they improve their communication and follow through on the commitments they make to future customers. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them.
Precious Rowe works customer support and was the one employee I can give a great review for. She was kind, wanted to get us answers, but knew her limitations as far as promising refunds, etc. Precious is precious. But she probably needs to find a new company to work with.
