Great service customer service by Sean is seamless payment method is incredible. Probably the best I’ve seen in a very long time equipment easy to use website easy to navigate saving me a lot of money.

Please stay away from this company. They charged me a lot of money for something that was not disclosed upfront. I was told there would be no charge, but unfortunately, they ended up charging me a significant amount more than $1,000 on each account. I feel misled and would not recommend this company to others.

The person I dealt with was named Eric. Every time I called him, he said there were new people in the company and that they did not know what to do. A couple of times, he told me he would speak with his managers and promised that the money would be reimbursed, but that never happened.

I eventually canceled the contract with them. However, I have now received a letter from a collection company stating that I owe $694 for the credit card machines.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before signing anything with this company and to ensure all terms and charges are clearly confirmed in writing.

I am disappointed with my experience as the owner of Elegant Cuts II. I have been working with support agent Precious Rowe for several days to resolve missing deposits that have not been received since May 26.

Between May 26 and June 8, no deposits were made into my account, and I received no notification that there was an issue. I only discovered the problem after noticing the missing deposits and contacting customer service myself.

Wholesale Payments has done an excellent job handling my needs as a business owner. Robert Huerta and Katelynn Baker were quick to respond to my needs whenever I have a question or concert. I appreciate good customer service.

Kierstin Young didn't hesitate to help us out and did everything possible to correct our issue and make sure it didn't happen again. We just started our company Connex Cowboys, and needed a credit card processing system. We chose Wholesale Payments as our go to company. SO glad we did, and I got to wrok with Kierstin!

Wholesale payments are a scam. I use their company for processing 1 day and my salesman Greg Rogers picked my terminal the next day. So he never told me to sign a cancellation. After several months I found out that wholesale payments were taking out a fee even though I wasn’t using this company. I called Mr Rogers and he said he would take care of it. We talked about what I had to do I had to sign a cancellation letter. I wasn’t happy about that because there were several questions I didn’t agree with. Wholesale payments will not refund the fees they took from me.
