One star only because zero or negative stars was not an option. The website and ads are totally misleading. Shoes do not have a wide toe box. It's actually narrow. They're cheaply made and run much smaller than stated size. They advertise 100% guarantee and full refund. They don't tell you that you need to ship them to England to return them, which would cost far more than the shoe purchase. Do not buy from this company!

Shoes narrow so don't match size chart on site, not the same shape shown in ad, hardware different color, just completely fraudulent product. In return, they require tracked international service, which can be more than the product itself. They offer a discount on next product, but who would want it at that point.

Never deal with this company! I was sent a wrong color for one of the 4 pair I ordered but none of 4 pair fit properly. They are clearly not wide at all, they arrived having a very unpleasant odor. Trying to deal with customer support is pretty much useless!! The consumer is responsible to pay all shipping costs and they must be returned to the UK which will be very costly. No option to return them anywhere in the US. Let the buyer beware here. Again i would NEVER recommend buying anything from them. Their offer to me was giving me 80% off buying yet more shoes which is beyond nuts when none of the 4 pair I purchased were any good! Unfortunately this is basically a nightmare and now $200 down the drain.

Save your $$. Don’t buy from this company. The shoes didn’t fit properly, but that’s not the reason why I think this company shouldn’t be permitted to do business in the United States. The problem I have with them is that while they distribute their shoes in the United States, in order to return them for a refund, they require the customer to send them to the UK at the customer’s cost. The amount of shipping is higher than the cost of the shoes! I’m giving mine to charity. I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to dispute the charge on your credit card and file an online complaint with your State Attorney General - Consumer Fraud Bureau.

ZERO STAR REVIEW
The Elora flats are not a wide fit as advertised and immediately hurt my feet. After back and forward email with customer service, I paid AU48.30 postage to return the shoes to the UK address sent to me, only to have them returned "Unsuccessful delivery - Addressee not available" - a spurious address. Never again will I make the mistake of buying without checking Trust Pilot. I made an expensive error here.

i would give it a zero rating but that’s not available..These shoes are not wide they are too small for a size 10 foot.. the customer service is nonexistent.. it says to email but they don’t answer .. this is a SCAM

They are marketed for wide feet but actually are not that wide. I sized up and still cannot wear them.

Actually a -10. So incredibly crappy. First, the shoes came from China. In plastic bags, and smelled awful, like toxic carcinogenic awful. Secondly, they WERE NOT wide fitting. Narrow and slender more like. Thirdly.. you can't return them! You get offered a 80% off a "new item" (Why when my first purchase is crap), when you really push for a refund, they want it shipped overseas!! To the UK. So where is this company ACTUALLY from? China? North America (Canada or US) or the UK?? Ridiculous. I feel ripped off and I paid almost $90 for shoes I can't even wear or return. At least Amazon returns are easy. This? This is utter BS. Don't fall for the trap. They aren't as advertised AT ALL.

Edit to add: They only offer 20% of the total cost of the refund.. so a whopping $18 out of the $89 spent. Also, be warned any responses are by chat bots. If you call, it's by AI. I ended up disputing the charge off my credit card as per consumer rights and regulations, the shoes are unbearable due to its toxic fumes. I'm in Canada.. so I paid over $89 due to USA conversion, shoes came from China, return warehouse is in UK. Seems scammy to me. Fast fashion junk. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS

I have very wide feet, a D or E fitting. My first complaint was that the price wasn't obviously in US$, so $89 became $129.
When they arrived, I didn't even attempt to try them on as I could see they were much too narrow—about 1/2 inch compared to what I was wearing. I was given a return address in the UK. The postage from Australia was expensive, $50, but I reasoned I'd still get some money back. Imagine my dismay when they were returned to me undelivered. $179 down the drain for nothing. Unless you're a C fitting, don't waste your money.

Like the colors, nicest I can say. Run small, generous toe box (NOT!), no foot or arch support, foot hurt after wearing 1 hour. Would not buy again.

I ordered under a BOGO free time using the measurements of my foot and the size according to their table. When I got them, they were not seeming to be wide. I thiught that returns would be free shipping for exchange, but it only is free if there is a defect. I was told I can return them for a refund--to England, so shipping costs over 100 USD. For shoes that cost 89, that is not worth it. I ordered replacements before realizing the shipping was NOT to the US (they were shipped from the US per the label), so now I have to decide if I want to refuse them or just try them on and know I cannot afford to return them. The company needs to be sure people ordering KNOW they are returning overseas and that the customer pays for the cost. What confused me was the restocking fee table. Normally people list returns, not restocking fees.

These shoes are not a wide width. Plus their easy return policy is a lie. To return the shoes I have to pay international shipping and mail them to the United Kingdom

I'd give this a ZERO star rating if it was available. I ordered a size 41, wide fitting online after having tried WideStep shoes in Myer (but not finding a style I wanted). The shoes delivered were TOO SHORT, and FAR TOO NARROW. Not true sizing at all. After weeks and weeks of emailing to find an address to return the shoes, I was told I had to return them to the UK. Cheapest postage cost from Australia is $62!! It seems the local brand is spelled differently: two words, not one. As I have no faith that the refund will ever see the light of day, I am giving them to charity instead. My word of advice: BUYER BEWARE!!!

The shoes are very poor quality and I did not expect them to have tied laces. They advertise a bogus return policy but you will Never get your money back. These are their bogus claims straight from their website: "Try them risk free for 30 days, NO RISK: No return hassles. No comfort gambles. Wear them through your real life. if you're not completely satisfied, send them back for a full refund. Free returns, no questions asked". ALL LIES. BE WARNED. They said they only offer free returns if the merchandise is damaged but that is not what they advertise.

If I could have rated it lower, I would. I ordered the buy one get one free dress shoes because they advertised wide toe width. The shoes were too narrow. I contacted the seller on the day they arrived, which was about three weeks ago and am still waiting on a return label. I have also called the available number two times to receive an automated message saying they are not available and I would be contacted in 24 hours if I left my email address. That has been three days ago. If I had read the reviews, I would not have ordered!

I actually have purchased 5 pair of these shoes and then they sent me the wrong size so when I tried to return them (even though this was their mistake), they offered an 80%discount tokeep them and “give to someone else.” I agreed to this but ended up paying double what I paid to begin with! I’m not sure where their 80% off came from! The shoes I ordered to replace their mistake finally came and again these were sent in the wrong size and very narrow !! To send these back would cost me nearly $60 !! What a scam ! Don’t buy from Widestep! There are other reputable wide toe shoes out there!

The return process is a joke. I was willing to pay $35 to return my purchase of $89. Then the package was returned to me saying the address in the UK did not exist! This company should be investigated! All lies and really a non existent return policy!

Actually a zero star review. Shoes are very cheaply constructed and are in no way made with a wider toe box. They are actually narrower. Mailed in a bag so shoes arrived squashed and misshaped. Contacted the company via email to return shoes and was offered 80% off my next purchase if I kept them. Ridiculous! Stated again that I was extremely disappointed in their product and wanted to return them for a full refund. They went radio silent. No more contact. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS!

Totally disappointed with my purchase. The shoes are not wide at all. Can’t speak to their quality because I can barely get them on.
