Jon knows his market for targeting price, Alex offers sensible advice on offers, while Claire provides determined and very efficient follow through with the buyer. We had difficulties with our sale but Claire remained positive and committed and secured a good deal for me in the end.

Had a terrible experience
Had a terrible experience. Hounding us with calls and emails everyday pressuring us regarding certain things but very poor communication when our solicitor needed important information which led to the purchase of a house falling through. We rejected offers on our sale whilst being ignored which we would have accepted if Claire had given us the very important and vital news that the venders could only wait one more week. Hence why this has fallen through. Claire was rude over the phone during conversations and then got another colleague to let us know we’d lost the house. Will be avoiding Wigman moving forward.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustration, but we would like to clarify the timeline of events from our perspective.
Your offer was one of four we received for this property, and it was accepted on the understanding that the transaction could move forward without delay. However, early in the legal process, an unexpected dependency arose on your end that prevented your purchase from proceeding as planned.
To help save the sale, our client kindly agreed to hold off for two months so you could resolve this issue. Throughout those eight weeks, our Sales Progressor, Claire, maintained regular contact to keep our Seller informed on your progress.
Unfortunately, because the purchase could not move forward within a reasonable timeframe, our client was at risk of losing out on a property they wished to buy. On their direct instruction, we had to place the home back on the market, where we subsequently secured a proceedable buyer within 20 days.
Our team works tirelessly to keep communication open and protect our clients' best interests, especially during complex sales. While we are sorry this particular purchase did not work out, we wish you the best of luck with your future home search.

We had a few hiccups along the way with the purchase of our house (nothing at all to do with Wigwam), but Claire kept us informed every step of the way and helped get the sale over the line. Great communication and was always ready to help.

Wigwam were amazing throughout the process of selling our property and buying our new home. We put our house up for sale on the Monday and by the Saturday it had sold with an offer well over asking price which we were elated it. When it came to buying our new property they helped us every step of the way, from securing a mortgage to then securing the property at the best price. They then stayed in regular contact and supported us throughout the journey until the keys were in our hand. Really thankful of the whole team, especially Claire and Jack who went above and beyond to support us.

Fantastic at selling out house!
Wigwam sold our house, they were incredibly efficient at listing and arranging viewings. When we had issues with buyers that were beyond their control, wigwam dealt with these quickly and offered us a lot of advice and reassurance. They also went above and beyond to ensure we knew how to communicate with other professional bodies (and make sure we were not pressured by anybody else throughout the process). Amazing service and stress free
Our recent experience with WIGWAM has been nothing but positive.
From our first visit with Jack to our last dealing with Alex who dealt with the sale process, we had an extremely good experience.
As we no longer live in the area, Wigwam took over the whole process from viewings to completion.
And kept us updated on all interested parties and any progress with them .
I feel that we couldn’t have found a better agent to assist the selling of this property.

Money comes first
We had put in an offer on a house in November2024 the offer had been accepted then 4 days later after we returned home early from a wedding to sort out the mortgage etc the home owner who turned out to be the director/owner of wigwam homes withdrew the acceptance because he had received a cash offer.
Did not care about the money we had already paid out for mortgage brokers or surveys which we had to then spend hours trying to get back to add insult to injury he did not even have the minerals to call us himself he got one of his minions to do it.
Feel sorry for the people who work under this person doing his dirty work as I'm sure they do the best job they can whilst working for this money grabbing tyrant.
If you choose this company remember the money is all that matters not morals principles or customer service. would recommend anyone who is thinking about using this company to buy or sell a home to run a mile.
