The “magnificent” was not really

The “magnificent” was not really. The vase I ordered arrived as a separate delivery, which was awkward. Last ever order with you.

We do try to send vases separately where possible to protect them in transit and avoid any risk of damage, though we completely understand that this can feel inconvenient on arrival and we’re sorry for that.

Was very disappointed.

Was very disappointed.

Half of the flowers were barely standing up, 2 of them were snapped and just put back in a bouquet.

Having looked into this, we can see that your order was unfortunately delivered one day later than planned. While this is never the experience we want for our customers, it is particularly upsetting given the significance of Mother’s Day, and we sincerely apologise for letting you down.

The flowers were not as shown on their website

The flowers were different from the photo on their website. In an email from the company, an employee said that the flowers I had objected to were included in the bouquet shown. However, when I checked the details of the flowers to be included in the bouquet I had ordered, they were not mentioned. The bouquet was Mini Me 1 and cost £80, plus delivery.

While we always aim to replicate the arrangements shown on our website as closely as possible, we do note in the product details that flowers may occasionally be substituted if specific varieties are unavailable on the day. This allows our florists to ensure the bouquet is still created fresh and to the highest standard.

That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when a bouquet differs from what you expected, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have sent you a 20% discount to use on a future order, and we hope this gives us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.

Previously reviewed Wild at Heart.

They mention sending another bunch to make up for the disappointing bunch that previously arrived as a reply to the review, but not surprisingly we are still waiting to receive this replacement promised.

Blaming Valentine’s Day for lack of comms (bunch ordered on the 2nd Feb) was just a poor excuse for customer service - point proven as it’s been a month and still no email reply or replacement bunch.

Once again, disappointing given the price tag (£255!).

When we first responded, we did arrange for a replacement bouquet to be sent. Unfortunately, that delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the flowers were returned to us. Our team notified you of this. We have arranged for another replacement to be sent again today and very much hope it will reach you safely this time.

Our reference to Valentine’s Day was not intended as an excuse, but simply to explain that your message was regrettably missed during an exceptionally busy period for our team. The flowers were beautiful and unusual but not a lot of them. A lot of money for a poor display. I could have bought 3 x m&s deliveries for the same price. At least add a bit of greenery or something to make it look better

I have used the company a good deal…

I have used the company a good deal over the last 20 years, and am very fond of it and its ethos. The flowers were stunning and beautifully arranged. The only downside was the price, which was way above anything I have paid previously.

Deeply Disappointing Service from a Once-Excellent Florist

I’m genuinely saddened to be writing this review. Wild at Heart used to be, in my opinion, the best florist in London- the kind of place you could rely on for stunning arrangements and impeccable service. That’s exactly why this recent experience was so disappointing.

They made a serious error and delivered my flowers to the wrong address, completely undermining an important occasion and causing considerable embarrassment. I had also paid for express delivery, yet the bouquet arrived two days late. To make matters worse, they promised to send a larger replacement bouquet to make up for the mistake, but that simply wasn’t the case.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. There was no genuine apology and no confirmation of delivery, despite my specific request for one. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. In this case, the lack of ownership and basic customer care was shocking. It’s incredibly disheartening to see what was once an exceptional florist fall so far short on service.

The worst valentines bouquet I have…

The worst valentines bouquet I have ever received. My wonderful husband preordered a valentines bouquet from this store and collected it this morning as we are local. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the photo, is small and flowers are already wilting. The worst bouquet I have ever received and I am shocked as it was £80. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be shopping at this local flower store ever again.

Very helpful about choice of flowers…

Very helpful about choice of flowers for a table arrangement when ordering. The pale pink roses and mimosa were beautiful and made the table and dining room look wonderful. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you so very much - it was all a great success!
