Absolutely love this bread! It’s amazing to pop a loaf or croissants out of my freezer & into the oven for fresh deliciousness on demand! Highly recommend.

Wildgrain is by far the best quality foods, most reliable customer service and great variety of any delivery service I’ve experienced.

I did have a bad shipping experience on my latest order, however that doesn't reflect on how I feel about Wildgrain. Wildgrain is a great company with amazing products to offer. I would highly recommend Wildgrain to all my friends and family. My grandsons even ask me for more Wildgrain often, which speaks volumes when the kids love the product. Keep up the amazing work Wildgrain.

Wildgrain customer service is amazing! They take care of problems quickly with no hassle. Every time I have needed them it was because of a mistake that I made. I enjoy their products. Especially the cookies! I sometimes share with my family but not too often. lol. Being able to have bread , biscuits, and muffins hot out of the oven is wonderful!

Wild grain offers a large range of products and although I’ve not had all of them, I trust that they’re all absolutely delicious. Everything I have tried from wild grain has been wonderful. I live at home alone right now since my husband is been working overseas, and my children are grown, but when people are over here, I pull the wild grain things out of the freezer it bakes beautifully, and everyone loves it. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I wish I had more reasons to eat it, but I prefer to wait for family to be around.

Our Wildgrain box came with an incomplete order. After I sent an email to Customer Service, I received a very quick response and a replacement box came quickly. Many thanks!!

Absolutely delicious! I’ve missed good sourdough since leaving the west coast and French butter since Normandy. Can’t recommend enough. Tasting something different each month.

Wildgrain is an excellent company with delicious food that comes right to your door. They even have special seasonal items, so it is always fun to see what each month has to choose from.

Delivery got held up. Product was ruined. Wildgrain happily re-sent new. Will continue to use this company as the products are very good - even my 99 yr old mother in law loves the pastries.

Our box came damaged and all the pastries and cookies were ruined. I contacted customer service and they got back to me asap. I offered to sent pictures of the damaged box and the ruined items, but it was not necessary. I was immediately offered a refund, a credit or to resend the ruined items. Of course we wanted them resent! Thanks for making it easy!

The issue I had with a recent shipment was quickly and easily resolved over email. The whole experience was very pleasant. I will continue to use Wildgrain.

The bread arrived well packed and frozen and the first two loaves I’ve baked have been delicious. Customer service is excellent too.

My box arrived damaged & items missing. I was reimbursed right away. Luckily, the items my husband wanted were all there so he was quite happy! Their products are always excellent! We love doing the last half of the baking - the kitchen just smells wonderful!

Having celiac disease as does my daughter I decided to order her a one time box while visiting her in California . we baked our first sourdough loaf this evening , very good when I get back to Texas I will be ordering some for myself. Good bread is so hard to find looking forward to trying the others she got

You can tell everything about a company when an issue arises (pun intended). Product and now customer service is why I'm going to be a lifetime customer.

I am addicted to the yummy breads, pastas, treats, sauces, and grass fed pure butter. I keep extra in the freezer. These items are made fresh and delivered frozen to my door. I baked a loaf of Sourdough Harvest bread in 19 minutes and it was absolutely delicious. Customer service is top notch. I can't say enough good things about Wildgrain!

Products are very flavorful.
UPS crushed my box and some of the products had thawed; water was leaking from box. I contacted Wildgrain and they replaced my thawed products -- no charge. They honor their word.

When I had to quit making my own bread after a serious wrist injury, I checked around for a supplier that was like what I grew up with; fresh baked breads from either a bakery or the home. Wildgrain was it!!! Unbelievably awesome!!! Been with them for several years now & plan to keep it that way!!!
