Excellent Products and Unmatched Customer Service. Have loved every product ordered from WILDGRAIN. Breads and rolls are so fresh and tasty. All pastries great. I have now graduated to larger box and purchase all pasta products from WILDGRAIN. Keep up great work!! WILDGRAIN healthy and clean products have changed my diet in a positive way for sure!

The quality of the goods are awesome. The service is outstanding. I had a small issue and it was resolved within minutes. I highly recommend this company.

I am brand new to the company wild grains, recently I was a victim of a hacker, not only did they hack into my phone. They got my banking details and stole all my money that I had in there, leaving me pennyless and with a huge debt. I calledl sure they must hear it 1000 times a day. The woman was just as sweet as could be sincerely. And told me don’t worr she would fix it!laterI got another email stating that she had canceled my order and I did not owe them and she wished me well and continued to tell me if there was anything else they could do to please get a hold of her now that’s great business. I can’t say enough nice things about them thank you Wild grains and Lucia again That’s what I call Great Business!!! Deb N

Wildgrain offers delicious products with quality ingredients, as well as outstanding customer service. When there was a problem with my summer box arriving too hot, a replacement box was rushed to me immediately, and arrived with extra cooling mechanisms. The team was super responsive and made sure the issue was right. Highly recommend for the best products anywhere and great customer service team!

Using Wildgrain has been a game changer for my family. First… it’s all been delicious and so fresh. It’s almost impossible for us to buy bread, etc from the grocery store anymore.My family and I can absolutely taste the difference between our local store bought grocery bread and the fresh bread, and products from Wildgrain. Second… shipping has been fast and with a large family which includes two teenage boys I need fast delivery or I need to get better organized (probably both!) Third… the customer service has always been so fantastic and patient and accommodating. What a breath of fresh air to have such wonderful customer service if ever there is a complication (which has always been my own user errors) I now have family and friends also using Wildgrain and they love it as well. We have been members for well over a year and it’s been great for us!

I have ordered many things on the internet, but this company far surpasses customer service of any internet shopping. Their products are great, always on time, you choose your dates, and it comes just as promised. Their customer service rep is top knotch. She or he needs a raise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've absolutely loved Wildgrain when I was able to get it in the past. They've worked with me when I was going through some major health issues. Very great company 👌. Products are wonderful.

I love their products- especially their sourdough breads. And customer service is above and beyond. Every box may not be perfect on delivery, but they always make it right.

CS is super awesome! Every time I've had an issue they get back to me within 24 hrs and actually solve whatever the problem is.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars. The products are easy to prepare and so yummy!!

1st box: perfect
2nd Box: opened on delivery with no damage to the indv food packages, gel pack intact too
3rd Box: products missing from order & opened on delivery
4th box: opened on delivery, gel pack ripped, food spilling out in box and gel leaked into those packages - several products thrown away
5th box: opened and box severely damaged. gel/dry ice thawed food was warm
Replacement box: perfect
7th box: NO gel packs or dry ice, box intact, food was HOT, ALL products thrown away

Like I said, CS has immediately tried their best. Either refunding or replacing. They are fantastic. Packing and shipping is less than dependable.

One of my all-time favorite companies. I love sourdough everything, and with their clean ingredients it makes it even more enjoyable. So many varieties and different things to choose from. I'll be a long time customer for sure!

Wildgrain is the best. The breads and pastries are delicious and their costumer service is phenomenal.

I have been a customer for a few months. Love all the sourdough breads. I tried a different product each month and have been very satisfied. Everything is made well and taste delicious. If there is ever an issue, the customer service is right on top of it. (Thank you Lucia) Would recommend everyone should try it.

I’ve had their cookies, croissants, biscuits and ragu. All of it is delicious. I especially appreciate that I can pop the baked goods in the oven and enjoy fresh pastries for breakfast. The cookies are to die for!

Wildgrain is simply exceptional. They have anywhere from 3-5 + ingredients inside their products, and always of the highest level. Organic and non toxic where available, they keep preservatives and additives OUT of their products, thus ensuring a delicious and healthy meal every time. Olive oil, butter, and fat free dairy, NOT seed oils, are used in their primal forms inside Wildgrain products, thus creating the healthiest food around! I feel amazing and energized when I eat them, and assured when they metabolize perfectly in my body. They are quite simply the best carbs around. They are yummy and tasty as well as good for you and their calories are way less than other similar products because of the few ingredients they use! What more could one ask? Wildgrain is simply perfection inside and out!

We've been ordering bread and other products from Wildgrain for a few years now, and the quality is always top notch. The shipping system works very well, and the products arrive in good order. I will keep getting bread from them for a long time, everybody loves it!!
