When I couldn’t figure out and didn’t want an order that looked like I was being charged for I contacted Wildgrain.
They immediately canceled the order and refunded my money. I appreciate that!

I love Wildgrain sourdough bread, and the pretzel buns! I had to cut carbs and needed to cancel my subscription. I emailed their Customer service, they got right back to me with a very nice and understanding reply and cancelled my subscription.

Loved the experience with this service and was satisfied with the flavor, texture, and presentation of their products. It looks like they handle the whole process with care and professionalism. Everything is well packed, and they stay in contact until you receive your order.

We continue to enjoy Wildgrain. Initially tried because of a spot on social media, we now see companies that claim to be alike. Maybe they figured out the process. I know Wildgrain to be superb with consistently amazing products and service. We will continue even trying new or gluten free offerings without fear. Plus there’s the smell of baking that makes all feel cozier!

Awesome quality products you can stock your freezer up with and know you’ve got some hot, fresh-tasting goodies whenever you grab for something from Wildgrain. Also, amazing customer service if you come across any issues. Super impressed.

Wonderful client service. I had an issue with placing hold on my subscription and it was rapidly resolved I love the product and the company.

I’ve been ordering from Seatopia for a year now. I specifically like the different types of salmon. This salmon is incredibly fresh. It comes.packed in dry ice so I can unpack it directly into my freezer. They’re all individually wrapped, which is nice. I highly highly recommend this company.

The lovely folks at Wildgrain noted suspicious account activity and contacted me out of concern. When wrongdoing is the new norm, acts of kindness is a rarity. Wildgrain lifted my heart and faith. I am a customer for life. Thank you so much for caring. P.S. Molasses cookies and chocolate croissants are supreme. I share them with our hard working my mailmen and mailwomen.

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 yrs ! The quality can not be matched! My issue with the lack of packing was resolved quickly and promptly! Only wish this did not happen so often

Everything I have baked so far has been fabulous (cranberry pecan bread, pizza, French butter and molasses cookies). The customer service is extraordinary. I had a few issues, my errors, that were resolved by the Wildgrain team effortlessly and with grace. I highly recommend Wildgrain! You won’t be disappointed!

Finally took the leap early 2026 to try Wildgrain, we loved it so much we ordered for our daughter as well who lives two states away. She loves it too! We continue to order seasonal favorites and appreciate the on demand box without the heavy commitment. Food is fresh, my son is VERY picky about his bread, and is obsessed with the ciabatta olive oil loaf, it's amazing! Best as any freshly baked bread in a bakery you can get. I did have to reach out to customer service on my last order and they were so awesome, just another reason why we will continue to order. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was very pleased with customer service’s handling of my order’s complications. They immediately sent replacements and changed couriers to ensure a better delivery. Then they communicated several times during the resolution process to keep me in the loop. It was so nice to have people who cared about problems and were willing to ensure the issue would be solved.

Everything I have eaten has been delicious! I try to buy only items with NO enriched flour, so I haven't tried everything, but they have good products. Customer service is phenomenal!

I have really enjoyed all my boxes from WildGrain. There are enough sweet and savory options to keep things interesting. I do like the increased options of add-ons.
My order is always quick to arrive. In the boxes I’ve ordered, I have only had one that had an oops while in transit. It was a minor issue with a package of pasta splitting but customer support was SO quick to respond and help.
Most importantly, everything I have tried has been great!

We've been a subscriber for over a year- food is so very good. Happy for both low ingredient list AND delicious taste. Easy to pause a few weeks when we need to save a bit, then set our order whenever ready again. We trade a few things to taste something new -easy to swap. Customer service wrote me within a day to answer a question. Very helpful!
