Tardy Delivery
Disapppointed by the time taken by the delivery firm(s): our delivery arrived on our door step during the second half of this i morning (Wednesday 06.August)) . One suspects that Royal Mail / Parcelforce are largely inactive at weekends but they have not shown haste since despite our consignment containingperishable foods.

Thank you for your considered review, and I'm sorry it's taken a bit longer than normal for your parcel to be delivered by Royal Mail. Under ideal circumstances your order would have been delivered on Monday, but as Tracked 48 isn't a guaranteed service, occasionally deliveries do take a little longer. Despite the delay, I do hope you enjoy the contents! —Rory

Prompt delivery and nicely packaged
Prompt delivery and nicely packaged. The Lancashire box has a great selection of cakes and biscuits which have not been eaten yet! The comms regarding delivery was poor compared to other suppliers but this is a minor criticism.

Treat yourself or give as a gift!
Ordered and received another 2 hampers plus extra Eccles cakes (superb), from this first class company.
Highly recommend their products as gifts or personal consumption. You won’t be disappointed with their great tasting produce, well packaged and good old fashioned customer service (in my experience, a rare find these days).
