Williams Handbaked Reviews

Lovely selection, good prices and descriptions, delivery achieved

Well packaged; they always arrive in perfect condition. The biscuits are stunning. They are luxurious and delicious. The hand dipped, milk chocolate, ginger biscuits are the very best! Quality ingredients have clearly been used. Better than any biscuit I’ve had anywhere else! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be! Five stars.

Lovely food. Enjoyed by all

The packaging was good no breakages. Good value for money only small criticism is they was not quite enough ginger in them, but they are very nice biscuits.

Fantastic company to deal with have used them a few times the products are absolutely amazing and the customer service is first class nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely rec this company!

Edit: Excellent feedback from my review and I accept what they have said about Royal Mail.
Unfortunately whilst the 2 packs of biscuits came beautifully wrapped and had in my opinion sufficient protection, one of the packets had several broken biscuits - it looked like they were perhaps broken before packing. I would have contacted the company but as I was about to go away I knew I wouldn’t have time to return

Superb quality products excellent customer service the best ginger biscuits ever made

Usual standard maintained

I was prompted to make an order after I was gifted these . Order came well presented, prompt and delivery was smooth ( with instructions followed ) . Lovely products which will be appreciated when used or gifted. I would highly recommend.

They were delivered in a timely fashion, and I look forward to eating them. Thank you for making such a good product.

Great! What can I say? Everything I ordered was superb. Taste quality service could not fault anything. Would highly recommend

Very quick delivery, well packed.
Irresistible eccles cakes and oat biscuits. Discovered these on holiday on the west coast of Scotland. So glad I can buy on the Internet!

Professional and punctual. The order was dispatched quickly and correctly. I’ve been told that the contents all look delicious. I’m sure they’ll taste delicious too.
Many thanks

5☆ product

We were given a tin of Williams Handbaked biscuits for Christmas. I hadn’t been aware of the the brand previously. All of the four varieties in the selection were delicious, but as a lover of all things ginger it was the ginger biscuits that stood out for me. Zingy and with the heat of spice that are the best ginger biscuits I’ve had. I was so impressed I ordered 12 packs (to be eligible for the free postage!) They have fast become my guilty pleasure.

Best Eccles cakes ever! Beautifully and carefully packaged. Will defo order again! Great teamwork! Thank you!

Delicious products and fantastic customer service! I had a slight issue with the delivery partner and Williams Handbaked were just amazing in terms of their response and proposed solution. Very happy, will definitely order again.

I received a gift - a jar of All butter mini shortbread biscuits. I love the, melt-in-the-mouth moist cookies and promptly purchased a refill pack and a jar of Chocolate chip mini biscuits and a pack of Chocolate Ginger mini biscuits to try.
I really do like the Chocolate ginger biscuits and will reorder them. But I did not like the Chocolate chip ones and have given them to the Squirrels and Foxes that frequent my garden. Not enough chocolate in them to worry about it. Melt-in-the-mouth yes, but just very plain and disappointing for a chocolate chip biscuit. Definitely can’t recommend them. Looking forward to trying tray bakes…

Fantastic biscuits (ginger) and scrumptious parkin. Delivered swiftly and well packaged. 10/10
