Extremely Satisfied Customers
From our first initial enquiry regarding delivery to Devon, our online order, a fast response of confirmation etc, the phone call to advise and confirm the delivery date - this was all carried out in an extremely professional manner. The delivery driver rang as advised an hour before the delivery and arrived on time. The driver also was very pleasant. We will be using this company again for further replacement windows. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new uPVC windows etc.

Great value good product prompt arrival,and after being let down by the builders and phoning the company i got to speak to a lovely man called Roy who talked me through the process of fitting ,I a 66 year old novice lady ,fitted the glass and beading to perfection....Fantastic service .can't praise highly enough.!!!!!

Would definitely use again and recommend!
Window arrived in perfect condition, I was given a date it would arrive in plenty of time to ensure I could be at home or make sure a neighbour would be in, and was given a call about 20 minutes before the driver arrived. Came with all the bits necessary to install - overall a great experience and I'd definitely use them again! Only thing I would say is I had to follow up to find out what the anticipated delivery day was as I hadn't heard from hem after a few days - but I am very impatient so that could be more me! Considering the fact it was a made to order window specifically designed for an awkward place, the price of it was pretty much the same as a standard sized window which would have given me half the amount of light, so I'm very pleased. Would definitely use them again at any rate and highly recommend.
