Superb
I am not a builder, and was quite unsure on a number of technical aspects regarding the sizes. The help I received over the phone was excellent easy to understand. The windows arrived on the day agreed and I received a call an hour before delivery. The windows were excellent and my builder was extremely impressed with the quality. I would highly recommend the company and the product. Superb, l don’t believe it could be any better than it did. Thank you Window Supply Direct.

Unfortunately, a piece of glass got broken in transit. This can happen now and again due to its nature.
Also the customer ordered the wrong size window due to not reading the section on add ons.

I recommend this company and would use them again, I ordered 7 windows one of the windows had a faulty shoot bolt and they had no hesitation in replacing it for me excellent service.

I have order the window for the bathroom and they have deliver the wrong glass.When I asked to send right glass they said that's my fault.
I'm not happy at all.

Unfortunately, you ordered clear glass, not obscure glass. It is very important that all details are checked and correct before placing an order, as everything is made to measure.

Competitively priced and well made. Cannot fault the quality or value for money.
Only one minor gripe over the delivery or it would have been five stars. I ordered just one fairly small window. They deliver in a 12.5tonne lorry and the driver decided they could not deliver to my house simply because they would have had to block the road.
On the phone they said they would have to deliver to an industrial unit a couple of miles from town. I managed to persuade them to bring the window to my shop in the High Street.
Honestly, it would have been better if they had used UPS or DPD than have a massive lorry (which was almost completely empty) for a single window delivery. Furthermore, every other delivery driver (not just to our house) has cheerfully blocked the road as that's literally the ONLY way to deliver anything big in our street.
