I made an error when ordering. I thought my Groupon coupon was excepted. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I was charged the full amount. With Lupe’s help, the issue was resolved. The customer service provided was exceptional. If all of your customer service employees are like Lupe, it is a tribute all of them and your company.

The package was at a surprisingly low price and came quickly. I anxiously opened and put the 20 curated bottles into my (cool) basement wine racks. As I did so, I noticed several bottles which I would rate as premium. I have never had a bad wine from Wine on Sale, and often get a special or even superb wine.

If for some reason there is a problem with my order you go out of your way to make it right, I really appreciate the extra effort.

One bottle was broken during shipping, but I am getting a refund. But it was probably my favorite bottle Caymus 2022 Cab

I wasn't happy that my selections of wines was vastly different than the obvious stock picture they use as far as projecting what wines are actually shipped.

For the first time ever, I had problems with a recent delivery. It was not Wine on Sale’s fault; rather the ball was dropped repeatedly by UPS. WoS has been immensely responsive in leaning in to resolve the issue, even though WoS did not cause it. WoS answers calls quickly (vs waiting nearly an hour to speak to a human at UPS) and their associates proved themselves to be problems solvers. When their associate Lula did not immediately have an answer to my question, she followed up with a promised call and then emailed to make sure that I got the updated information. In a world with terrible customer service, WoS is a shining star. Thank you for your culture of helpfulness.
