Great experience in Japan
Wrote at night and hab my answer first thing the next morning. I’m up to 5 bookings with Wingbuddy and always been satisfied. Always had great Local guides in each trip. Also 2 more bookings to come (Spain $ Portugal)

Flawless Expereinces
The booking went flawlessly. We spent some time comparing prices of the packages and we couldn't put together anything close to these experiences on our own for anywhere near prices. We are a few months away from our travel dates, but from what we have heard and read, we are in for a brilliant experience! I have no doubts we will be frequent customers!

Je me fie à une expérience précédente avec Wingbuddy, au Maroc. Cette fois, les communications avec vous ont été correctes.
Je déplore toutefois que plusieurs repas dont les soupers ne soient pas compris. Cela augmente de beaucoup le coût du voyage. Ce n’est donc pas un « tout inclus ». Est-ce parce que nous sommes un groupe (de 18 actuellement) le même voyage en individuel est à peu près au même coût. Au Maroc, les soupers étaient tous inclus.

This is yet another one we book with Wingbuddy. We had a fantastic time on our last trip to Costa Rico. The tour guides were the best and went beyond what we expected. The rooms were great and the staff I couldn’t say enough for. I truly loved our vacation and definitely will be booking again.

When I enter my name information
When I enter my name information, the middle name wasn’t displayed. I went ahead and enter that information. Once I click on payment, my middle name appears fine. Once the confirmation document issued, I see my middle name was repeated twice. I contacted the customer service team and they need to charge me extra money to have that repeated name removed.

Response time
Questions answered within established timeframes and even when a credit card issue occurred the issue was dealt with professionally and quickly. Great service. This will be our third trip with Wingbuddy.
