We've used Winged Boots a few times now and cannot fault their service.

The attention to detail from the team towards our bookings has been fantastic.

Winged Boots bring a modern but personal approach to Travel Agency. The right amount of communication throughout the process but they are also always on hand to help with other bits and bobs.

We're about to book with them again.

I could not speak more highly of Winged Boots and in particular Claire Baker. The service received, before, during and after your trip is above and beyond. I would not go away without booking through Winged Boots and have never been able to beat them on price.

Claire Baker is amazing - always happy to help, quick to respond and able to iron out any kinks in plans or recommend alternatives where needed. She has helped us book city breaks, multi-centre tours, Far-Eastern beach holidays and African safaris all with the same great knowledge and enthusiasm. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

It's great getting a personal service from Jack Stean who really understands what type of holiday we are looking for, especially for us as we do quite a bit of travelling and when booking multi-generational holidays with a big group! Also Jack has been to many places and share his personal experience and we also like to give feedback to him regarding our trips which will hopefully help others! A fantastic service who we have recommended quite a few friends to. Looking forward to booking many more trips in the future!

I was introduced via a friend to this company. Charlie was my point of contact for the flight tickets and he was so calm and collected. It was not an easy route to book with their being two changes in total but that was fine. Charlie managed to sort perfectly and in the end the whole experience was a pleasure. My flight tickets were issued exactly when he said they would be as was the invoice for the tickets a couple of days later. In short, I would highly recommend using this service again to anyone.

I recently booked a holiday for my family through Winged Boots. Their staff where very friendly and very knowledgeable when recommending hotels and resorts. We had a brilliant holiday, and I will definitely be booking my next holiday with them. This is the first time I have used Winged boots, as it was recommended by my brother. I have to say it was a great experience. I dealt with Michelle for the holiday quote and also that Tracey that took my payment.

Everything ran smoothly I was not disappointe at all.
