Claire was very helpful, efficient and managed to fulfill all of our requests prior to our holiday, making it a smooth process and a very happy time for us in Corfu.

I have left two reviews previously concerning this company (over the past two years) and I wanted to provide a further "update" on our continuing use of the agency and especially Michelle Martin, who remains in my eyes the most wonderful lady in this business that continues support us with our travel needs, exceeding all our expectations.
Having arranged for us hotel accommodation and helping us with excursions for an Asian trip next year, I can to break the news to her yesterday (to my surprise) that our pre-existing booking had already allowed for providing us with this support and accommodation. I felt awful that she would lose our business. She however reassured me that that was not a problem and when asked if she could still help us in other areas of this trip, she enthusiastically told me that whatever she could do to help, she would gladly provide.
Winged Boots as a company I would recommend to anyone using a travel agency. But in particular Michelle (Martin) - noting that they should acknowledge what a remarkable member of staff she is and try to "hold on" to her for as long as they can!

A truly excellent service! The holiday executives totally understood my brief and requirements and got exactly what we needed in a super-quick time. Everything was organised and efficient and I would not hesitate to use Winged Boots again for all my holiday requirements.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, answered queries quickly and effectively. Good all round service. Only problem was airline that was used were not great and staff acted like they didn’t want to be on the flight at all

Book your holiday with complete confidence and be reassured that you will be staying at a great location/hotel and if you have any problems you have a person at the end of a line/email who is there to help you and able to rectify any issues you have. Leaving you to enjoy your family holiday! I wouldn't now book through anyone else.

Excellent service from start to finish, the Winged Boots team are the best about. When I had problems with the airline - everything was sorted immediately. Their knowledge of great places to stay and advice regarding different offerings have always been spot on. Can’t rate them highly enough!

Such great support and help from the team but in particular Sophie Azeem ....she has been so patient and helped me so much especially when I was getting stressed with stuff.....what a lovely lady ....she is a credit to your company!!!

Louise at Winged Boots was brilliant! Louise planned our break to Italy and was very efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. Louise offered lots of suggestions and recommendations and booked restaurants and a food tour for us. It took the stress away from me and we enjoyed a lovely weekend away. We booked our Honeymoon with Michelle from Winged Boots, after her being recommended by a friend as we had been to a high street travel agent and hadn’t received the best service.
From start to finish Michelle has been fabulous, from helping us decide on the right hotels to answering my endless questions. We really couldn’t recommend her or Winged Boots enough, she has taken care of everything meaning I haven’t had to worry about that part of the wedding as I knew I could trust her to get everything sorted for us. We will definitely be using her services again and we thank you Michelle for being our Honeymoon fairy and making sure everything is organised.

Jack at Winged Boots has provided us with service that is “second to none!” It’s always so lovely when you work with someone in an industry who “really knows their stuff!”

So far Jack has booked us two holidays, one to the Maldives and one to Dubai. He listened to what we wanted and absolutely surpassed our expectations on both holidays. Recommending the best flight times, brilliant transfers (seaplane instead of internal flight and speedboat etc), perfect resorts and room selections. No detail is to much, Jack is really fantastic at booking our holidays for us. He also works very hard to get the best quotes back to me in record time 🕰️. Thank you Jack. It was my first time using winged boots and was very impressed with the level of service, particularly Jack who looked after us ensuring we had the holiday we were looking for and knew a lot about the Maldives helping us choose the resort Finolhu Baa Atoll. It was a trip of a lifetime.

Booked Mauritius last year with the amazing Matt. Nothing was to much bother. He and Scott were amazing and helped with everything.
However, now the only thing i keep asking for is for them to release our tickets so we can get everything in place. They wont do this.
If i still had the same two people I originally dealt with there would be no issues.
