Terrible experience. I've payed for the tickets, they followed up with an Apology email for the inconvenience and that they will inform me about the status of my ticket soon.
I've got a call from a russian person from Berlin, I'm not speaking russian, so I ended the call.
I've got an email that they called and I should get back to them. I've sent an email telling that I want my ticket soon, no need for calls cause I don't speak russian. They send an email that I requested a refund and in later mails that the amount of my refund is 30% of what I initially paid. They don't respond to my emails anymore. This is a scam and please AVOID IT!

I obliged and removed the review but they refunded me peanuts amounts and up till now they still hold on more than 200 USD

Funny thing is if they simply refunded the service charge as a credit I'd probably end up booking again in the future, but no NO way.

So, following up on the previous experience. Now it is even worse. Never deal with this awful company. Save your time and money. They have charged me for a service I have explicitly chosen to skip (the so-called "prime support"), the amount to be charged at the time of me entering the card details was the correct one, but after I pressed "pay" I got charged more, and the charged amount was exactly larger on the amount of this "prime support" which I never agreed to, and in fact explicitly disagreed to by ticking a box not to purcahse it.
After the email exchange with Wingie, I received a bullsh*t copypasted message stating "blah-blah-blah, we do not charge for extra services without consent," even though it is clearly false and there are many such cases even here, in Trust Pilot reviews.
If Wingie will not refund the falsely charged amount for the prime support I did not agree to, never used and never plan to use, I will file an official complaint with ACCC and elsewhere. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly advise against purchasing airline tickets through the agency Wingie.com (also known as Enuygun.com), based on my experience dealing with this company.
The tickets were purchased on December 20, 2025, booking reference (PNR): 6QECSB.
Flights: G9306 (GYD-SHJ, April 4, 2026) and G9300 (SHJ-GYD, April 12, 2026).
On March 17, 2026, the operating carrier Air Arabia officially canceled both flights due to the closure of the airspace.
The airline confirmed that in such cases a full refund is предусмотрен. This obligation is consistent with international aviation regulations, including IATA Resolution 824r and EU Regulation 261/2004 (where applicable), which provide for a full refund to the original form of payment in the event of an involuntary flight cancellation.
At the same time, it was specified that the refund must be processed through the agency that issued the tickets, namely Wingie / Enuygun.
Despite multiple attempts to establish contact, the agency failed to respond for an extended period and effectively took no action to initiate the refund process.
The first response was received only on April 10, 2026, a significant time after the flight cancellations. It stated that the refund process had allegedly been initiated.
On April 15, 2026, a follow-up message was received indicating that the refund would be processed within 7-20 days, but not in full.
Out of the total amount paid, 1,439 USD, only 1,340 USD has been declared for refund. Thus, the agency is withholding 99 USD without providing a clear and substantiated legal justification, which raises reasonable concerns regarding the fairness of its actions.

Update on a previous experience with this misleading agency. Think twice before dealing with this them. Very late replies and unclear communication. If you are fighting for a refund or trying to rebook save yourself the time and head to another airline or agency. 0 would be too much for them as a rating.

Dear sir,
I bought a ticket to Malaga' online thr' 'wingie' pnr (7XK5BO Sakr), and I was keen to pay an extra amount of money to get the 'quick refund' option as I was told. Due to failure to get the visa of Spain in time I had to postponed my travel date to the 30th of August 2026. When I asked 'wingie' to cancel my ticket and pay me the refund money to be able to buy the new ticket at the new dates, they refused in spite I had the 'quick' refund' option. They offered me a compensation of 49 euro.
This is my second complain, the first one (a long chat ,and a long page document and attached to a proof of my quick refund option, disappeared completely from the reviews, which was a big ?)

I am extremely frustrated with Wingie's lack of transparency. They claim on their website that using a Mastercard credit card is free of charge. However, as soon as I entered my card details, the system applied an unexpected charge.
When I reached out to their customer care team for clarification, they admitted that the "free" policy does not apply to all credit cards. The problem is, they don't state these exclusions anywhere on their website. It’s incredibly misleading to bait customers with "no fees" only to tack them on at the final stage of booking. The customer service "Mete" has advised that nothing he can do.
This is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. There are strict regulations regarding "drip pricing" and misleading omissions of material information.

If your flight is changed or cancelled by the airline, they will not update their bookings in the app or reach you. Also, their customer care capacity is very low, waiting time can reach 10+ minutes to connect to them.
The customer care uses AI instant translator to translate calls because they don not have enough people to talk the your language. After 1 month of waiting, they refunded with just 50% of the ticket money. Just imagine the terrible experience.

I was previously informed that the refund process had been initiated. After my public complaint, your team contacted me by phone and requested my bank account details, indicating that the refund would be completed.
However, despite all this, I have still not received the funds. I have also verified multiple times with my bank, and they have confirmed that no refund has been received.
Additionally, I have sent multiple emails to your support addresses but have not received any written response, which is highly unprofessional for a financial matter.
At this stage, I request:
— clear confirmation of the actual refund status
— official proof of the refund transaction (including ARN/RRN if applicable)
This prolonged delay and lack of transparency raise serious concerns. I will be forced to continue escalating this matter through formal complaints and public channels until it is properly resolved.
I expect a clear and documented response.

So I was booking a ticket, and as always during check out I was offered many add-ons like prime support, insurance etc, which I gazillion percent declined. On the final stage of payment, the amount to be paid was $110.97, which I confirmed and entered my card details. Guess what happened next? Once I pressed "pay" and the card was processing (when the page was reloading to process the payment), I got charged $123.97 from my card, and only after I was charged, the price literally changed on the checkout page, even though I agreed and paid a different one. As it turned out, the Wingie decided to charge me the "prime support" for $13 without me ever agreeing, and in fact explicitly disagreeing with it. Will likely report to authorities, as this is fraud 101. Absolutely unacceptable

Great experience with Wingie support in resolving my case.
I had a complicated situation with my booking (PNR 7CR4EE / 7CMRHK), including flight changes and refund concerns, which initially caused some confusion.
However, I truly appreciate the way their customer support team handled it. They reached out to me directly, took the time to clarify everything, and resolved the issue in a professional and respectful manner.
The communication during the call was clear, and they made sure the situation was handled properly. Even during these challenging times and high demand, they were still able to manage the case efficiently and deliver a proper resolution.
There is still a remaining partial refund to be processed from the initial amount, and I am confident that the team will handle it just as professionally and release it soon.

Avoid unless you want your travel complicated and have terrible customer service
Their pro forma response to this complaint resulted in a tokenary phone call where they did nothing about the initial issues I was facing
They continue to blame the airline for the lack of refund for a flight that was changed (by airline) - yet I was able to get hold of the airline directly very easily. The airline very quickly confirmed (days ago) that they would give a full refund if wingie contacted them.
Wingie continue to stall, delay and blame. Can only assume they either have no interest in assisting their customers or intend to keep the refund for themselves.
Still no confirmation from them that a refund will be issued
