We were in need of Portuguese health insurance, and were given the name of Winsurance through some contacts. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the quality of the Winsurance customer service! Working with the professional and always-available "customer journey assistants", Helena and Camila, was truly a joy. Both of them helped us navigate the twists and turns of a foreign health care system, and now we are pleased to say we have a policy. In short, the process was quick/ easy, the communication outstanding, and our assistants were friendly and kind. Thank you, Winsurance!
