I found coverage that meets my specific needs of living in Portugal. I was recommended a personal physician at a nearby private hospital where prevention medicine is emphasized. Excellent doctor, excellent hospital! My Winsurance representative…expert help!

My wife and I purchased our health insurance through Winsurance last year. They were very helpful during the evaluation process while we deciding what coverage was most appropriate for our situation. Additionally, as we started using our insurance, questions inevitably will come up. On multiple occassions, we always received timely and informative responses that guided us forward. Working with Ana, Nuno, Helena, and the folks at Winsurance has been a real pleasure, and I can't say that very often about the process of buying insurance! As soon to be expats it is great that they have made the process easy and understandable, and have more than answered all of our questions and concerns quickly and completely. I just purchased travel/D7 insurance, also long term resident insurance (to start when travel insurance ends) and homeowners insurance through Nuno Muñoz Mendes and his team of Helena and Ana at Winsurance Brokers. They are wonderful and helped me through many questions, snags and delays on my part.

Thoughtful and conscientious are two words that come to mind when thinking of the principal and his assistant, Ana, at Winsurance. I know insurance is important, but don't like that it is necessary. Whenever I am faced with buying a new policy I have questions, lots of them. Nuno and Ana answered all of them in a timely fashion and continued to do so even after the policy was issued!
