I have been insured with this company and have been informed that my policy will be renewed shortly, as this was evidently my choice?
I am going to sell the vehicle soon and will not require further insurance for it, however, having made numerous attempts at informing them of this, I cannot make contact. The "chat line" is non-responsive, so I have now resorted to writing to them, in hopes that I can avert any future payments being taken from my bank account. The whole "contact" method is a shambles, and extremely frustrating.

Taken out insurance for my m/cycle having assessed (independent) customer reviews which though not entirely positive, appeared to be genuine, Too soon to assess until I receive the paper documents I subsequently requested on line.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional
Absolutely awful and unprofessional insurance company. It took them a month to even be bothered to try set up a credit agreement with PCL. Made me contact PCL for something the insurance company should be asking. The credit agreement application expired due to wiserchoice insurance and they are making me pay them for something that is their fault. Avoid them at all costs.

Pathetic portal. Tried to tell me I wasn't registered for their portal even when I had documents printed from it in my hand. IT seems to be run by schoolchildren. Big fees for amendments or cancellations. Cheap for a reason. Avoid.
