Great Travel Insurance
To say this is a great Travel Insurance is putting it mildly. I often travel and always use Faye as my insurance. This is the first time I have actually had to file a claim. They are so helpful. Cannot say enough about Candice Milliner one of their reps. She was so patient and completely helped me through the process of filing a claim. Not only that, but Faye immediately approved and issued the compensation due to me. I will never travel without Faye.

They don't pay
We encountered a blizzard which shut down the airport for multiple days and could not go on our vacation. Faye decided that since we had gone to the airport, our trip had started, therefore they wouldn't pay for the trip! I can't imagine why anyone would ever use insurance from Faye

More relaxed knowing I had coverage!
I was much more relaxed on my recent trip knowing that I was covered by Faye! A passenger on our ship had to be airlifted to a hospital, another broke their arm on the steps, and one person missed the boat from a port. Thank goodness I had a policy to cover me if anything should have happened. Thank you for your services to travelers!

If I can give them zero stars I would
If I can give them zero stars, I would 23 documents now heading into the third week now they call and tell me it could be another 5 to 7 working days. 80 mph winds canceled two days of flights coming out of Detroit got proof that we never made it on our cruise so I’m not sure why they need to review documents for weeks when everything is right in front of them and it’s clear as day.Company is a SCAM STAY AWAY

Great Customer Service Reps.
I have not yet decided which travel insurance policy I will purchase, but I wanted to recommend Faye for the excellent customer service I received from one of their customer service agents. Jamilla L was wonderful. Very patient and knowledgeable. When there was a question she couldn't answer, she took the time to explore the issue in depth before answering me. I never got the impression she was just trying to sell me a policy. She was truly interested in providing the best service, and quote, for my circumstances. Thank you, Jamilla!

So helpful when child was sick abroad
Our 5 year old daughter became ill while traveling in Ireland.
