These books are so fantastic. My son loves them and we’ve read it over and over again. It’s helped with some very important discussions about those less fortunate than himself.

These books are amazing my 5 and 6 Yr olds both love them and talk about the stories after. I now have a 6 year old who tells all sorts of people how important it is that girls have the same access to school as boys.

The perfect way to support a charity and provide my class with an insight into the world and the similarities, differences, issues and amazing things that other children experience. They love reading and rereading the books, asking questions and finding out more.

We loved this book. So beautifully written and such a moving story!

My neighbours recommended Wonderbooks as a way to give to charity but also engage my little 5 book worm in books we wouldn’t usually buy. The first book we received my son really loved about a Syrian refugee and my son really understood as the book was really beautifully written. Can’t wait for the next month!

I'm a teacher and use these with my class at school (Year 5 and Year 6). Although the books are aimed at children much younger, they are a great quick read and act as our discussion starter. It helps the children realise and understand the wider world around them and what difficulties children of a similar age face, across the world. The adult guide which accompanies the book is also useful and it's good knowing that the money paid for Wonderbooks goes to Save the Children. Would certainly recommend.

Amazing idea - my 4 year old boy loved his first Wonderbook! He asks me to read it again and again and he is amazed by the true story that inspired the book. And I am happy that we are helping towards a great cause! Can't wait for the next book - Thank you!

Phenomenal. Amazing stories and incredible cause. My 18 month old now gets excited and says “open book” whenever she sees the little brown box land on the doormat. The stories are an amazing way to show children alternative cultures, as well as helping them to understand feelings and learn how children grow up in different circumstances. As someone who has been blessed to visit and live in a number of different cultures, I adore that she’s growing up developing cultural understanding and seeing different races represented.

My child is very excited every time a new issue is delivered. I was a little afraid that Wonderbooks stories would be a bit too intense for a 2 years old, but I must admit they are not sad at all. He loves to know about people all over the world and names of places, different people and experiences, and see children like him being characters, instead of monsters or animals. Recommended.

Really beautiful books with strong positive messages. Arrive on time and well packed with helpful information for talking to your children about the issues raised. Only critique would be I entered my daughter’s age as 1 and the books are not age appropriate. However I have saved them in their packages for when she’s a bit bigger.

We all look forward to the days when the next new book arrives from Wonderbooks! I'm making a conscious effort to build a diverse library featuring stories of different kids of people from all over the world and these books are perfect. They cover some fairly heavy topics but always very gently from a child's perspective. We especially love the final pages in the books which have pictures and stories of the real life people that inspired the book and how our money will be used to help others

These books are fantastic, they allow me to support an amazing cause whilst also giving me the tools to start educating my son on the world and it’s people.

Beautifully written and illustrated these books give my son a much needed view on to the world away from our small island community.
It’s so good to read about Save the Children’s amazing work, and to play a small part in supporting that. A win-win, Wonderbooks was a genius idea.
